Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I won’t set foot in this store ever again! I had to beg for help and the person I spoke to wouldn’t even put her phone down or stop leaning on the display to help me!

will never be coming back here again, me and my boyfriend came in not that long ago and they here making really rude and uncomfortable comments about us giving us dirty looks the whole time we where shopping around , then after my boyfriend checked out he was looking by the door waiting on me then the lady by the door proceeded too try and say he was stealing and over all very rude and terrible customer service. the lady who helped us was very nice but the other workers where the problem and i do not suggested shopping here at all!!!

If you get the right person, I like that they help you with finding good quality makeup. It would be nice if they offered makeup applying tips related to age. They have young girls there, but they don't understand age related issues over 55.

Hey, ULTA! How about not posting special holiday hours and closing at regular times? There’s a sign on your door, it’s on the web and I called to confirm, in which the automated system also stated 10, as two women watched us at the front door and said “they closed due to staffing issues.” So you need multiple workers to babysit the register? Annoyed to have made that drive only to be ignored like an idiot as I’m STARING at a sign that says “Open until 10” while on a call that’s also telling me “Open until 10.”

The store layout is transparently developed for peak consumer captivity. The ever present but never intrusive salespersons are mildly helpful, however, the entire exercise of futility is laid bare during checkout. The intentional glacial pace is most likely implemented to increase customer exposure to brands increasing impulse purchases. Blatantly transparent yet effective. An utterly unnecessary shopping experience.

They supposed to open at 10 been standing there for 5 mins infront of the door and they see us but they never opened the door till 10:05 which is really unprofessional

I had a great experience at this location. I came in after a long day of traveling and work meetings. My goal was to figure out my shade in a specific foundation. I was lost. Gretchen, the Clinique lady, helped me find my shade, gave me tips on application, and guided me in finding the right foundation brush. I was going to wander around the store to find a shade of lipstick that matched the print on the dress I was wearing. Gretchen found a *perfect* cherry pink and I am so happy with the Clinique lipstick! I will be going back to this location specifically.

I am SO upset with this Ulta. I made an appointment WEEKS ago to have a makeup done so that I could purchase makeup for my upcoming wedding. After many confirmations, I was regretfully informed at time of the appointment that I wasn't on the books and couldn't be booked before the time that I need. Yes we checked all surrounding ULTAs and my appointment wasn't mistakenly booked anywhere else as I showed them over and over my confirmation text.. My HEART broke a bit. Thankful for the clinque lady...she took me over and helped me find lots of clinque products to help..even at a difficult checkout with a young gal on her first day left to checkout 9 people waiting in line with zero guidance or help to be found from ANY management.... clinque lady saved the day and helped once again. My impression... management is completely absent, their system apparently is not relient.. and I probably will not be going there for my beauty needs ever again... and they probably don't even care.. but please let this review warn you if you are looking for a higher standard.

Half the product I was looking at was dirty, a mess all over them and dried on. No one to be found to ask about a new product or even product missing from the shelf. Bare Minerals products where the worst section. I drive an hour to the store come into the store for a reason, but will probably shop else where or online.

Store is dirty. No one bothers to pick up trash off the floor or clean the surfaces in the store. Stock is low - couldn’t buy the bare minerals foundation I stopped in to buy. Will not be back. Such a shame.

Recently, I went to Ulta with a friend of mine. I had a problem finding a product and my friend wasn’t too sure about the products she was considering purchasing because of the lack of knowledge for each product. After walking around for a while, we managed to speak to a woman that was working in the Clinique area. She was such a big help. She helped find the product that I was looking for. Then she spoke to both my friend and I about the products we had all while pitching the Clinique products, which I’m guessing was her job to sell. I don’t remember the woman’s name, but she has short hair. She did such a great job. Beauty retail shops need more people like her.
