I've taken 2 of my vehicles to this tint shop and both times I was very impressed. The quality of work they do is definitely very good and the carbon and ceramic products they offer are far superior to anything 3M has to offer. It did a very good job keeping Heather out my vehicles. If you're considering bringing your vehicle here, you won't regret that decision. Highly recommend!

Originally, would have given them 6-Stars if possible! Tint Masters tinted my windows years ago and it looked amazing. However, in the past year or so, my back window tint started forming bubbles around the edges. I thought "no big deal, it's covered under their lifetime warranty." So, I scheduled an appointment. When I arrived, there was a gentleman who pulled up behind me wearing flip flops, cargo shorts, and a t-shirt. I assumed he was another customer but was surprised when he pulled out his keys to unlock the shop doors... turned out to be the technician. He never introduced himself by name and carried himself in an informal and borderline unprofessional manner, but I brushed it off as part of being a small business. After signing me in, he seemed friendly and eager to help until I pulled out my warranty card. From that point on, I felt like his attitude toward me changed and I was an inconvenience to him. He took me outside to look at the job where he proceeded to educate me on the risks of replacing rear window tint. He explained that he tends to damage the defroster strips while "tearing out" the old tint and I had a 50% chance they would not work after he was done (he could guarantee the tint, just not the defroster strips). Suddenly, I was faced with an uncomfortable decision, do I live with bubbly tint or risk no defrosting capabilities? He even recommended I come back if I ever replaced the window. I went home that night feeling defeated. After doing a bit of Googling, I found several YouTube videos on how to properly remove tint without damaging the defroster strips which led me to believe the tech was either using scare tactics to get out of honoring their warranty, or he was just being honest about his inability to properly remove tint. Either way, I can't trust their work and won’t be doing business with them again.UPDATE: Changing my review from 1 star to 2 because of your honesty. Thanks for the candid and timely response. Today, I called around several other tint shops in the area to see if they also had the 50% success rate for replacement over defroster strips and I got a range of responses. Most said there is always a possibility of nicking a strip line, though rare in most cases and depends on a number of factors including the tint's age, type, number of layers, etc. My tint, as you saw on my warranty card, is over 9 years old. So, perhaps your 50/50 assessment is accurate for the methods you use. One tinter I called was very upfront about the removal process, stating it's undesirable work and that he'll do it, but would rather give me tips on how to do it myself. I get it, it's a lot of work, especially if you are not making any immediate profit and the film doesn't come off cleanly in the first go. What's the motivation, right? I spoke with another guy who was charging top dollar, but said in the many years he's been in this business, he has never had a customer walk away with an inoperable defroster and guarantees his work 100%. That tells me quality is really up to the workmanship of the tinter. The prices you charge are in the mid to lower range out of all the calls I made, so your level of service makes sense. However, 50% is still pretty awful, hence the 2 stars. No one I called said their success rate was that low. If I was a [new] paying customer, would you have treated me differently? The answer is probably no, but how and what you communicated to me when I came in a few weeks back definitely made me ask myself the question. I personally prefer to pay a little extra to someone who CAN guarantee I won't drive away with a broken defroster.

I searched online for places to get my Jeep's windows tinted and stumbled upon this location. I decided to check it out in person and it looked like a good option. After doing some research on their website, the owner, Jason, contacted me and offered to tint my front two windows and front windshield for $300 - a great deal. However, when I arrived at the location, I was informed that tinting the front windows could potentially prevent my car from starting. Despite feeling disappointed, I went ahead with the tint and had the front half of the windows done. Overall, I am satisfied with the tint job, but I do wish the entire window could have been tinted as Jason had initially quoted me in our text conversation. Yet the tint job was extremely fast and they did an excellent job on my vehicle.

These guys are the real deal. Very pleased with the tint on my car and the service I received! Local owned small businesses that takes care of its customers. Noticed a small spot on one of the windows a few days after so I messaged them. They responded in an hour (even after they were closed) and got me in within a few days! They took care of the spot no problem. No technicalities on the terms of service, just a handshake and good customer service. Would go back!

Found on google and called on Saturday. They are open until 2pm on Saturday and got me in same day. Finished work on my 2016 Ford Mustang GT in under 2.5 hrs and did great work. Communicated that i had some hair on the rear window area and warned me of the complications while performing work. Great communication. Veteran ran business and great customer first attitude! Would recommend to anyone for quality services. Prices range from $380 lower grade tint, $480 ceramic tint, to $580 high quality 99% temp rejection uv rejection tint to keep your dash from cracking and car from getting hot.
