I come in and i just want to be greeted that’s it. if i want to know the deals i will ask, please stop having all of your employees literally harass me with talking i feel so bad for them. it’s so annoying i can hear you guys telling employees to go up to people. not only does it make your employees uncomfortable it makes me uncomfortable when im shopping with my daughter and i cant enjoy shopping because you guys are bothering me. it’s not a sales tactic it’s just annoying

i stopped in your store on 27 Jun 2024 in preparation of my upcoming cruise, and was not greeted as i came through the door nor was my presence acknowledged.....i broused around the store a bit, waiting for someone to help me.....yet and still, no one asked if i needed help with anything or if they could help me to find anything imparticular.....after spending another 20 minutes in the store, never once was i approached, nor asked if i needed help or if i required assistance....all the while they entertained other customers who did not share my brown skin.....or thehe other brown skinned lady, that was in the store when i walked in, stated she wasn't greeted when she walked in the store either....i did not and do not appreciate being treated less than human, especially when my money spends the same as everyone elses! I don't expect you to change anything to correct this situation....it's become the norm, but it doesn't make it right, now does it? needless to say, i will be leaving a negative review on Yelp as well as with the Better Business Burea, and i will NOT return to a store that doesn't treat all Americans equal, i bleed red just like the workers that chose to ignore me that day......and whose money spends the same as anyone and everyone else's.....needless to say, i won't be back!

The automated chat page was a mind numbing loop of circular logic. It would tell me they had no record of my order (yes, that's the problem.) Then to come back when I had a confirmation email (I had one, but couldn't track it). When I'd say that, they would say they had no record of my order and we'd be back at the beginning. A Mobius strip of A.I. incompetence. Kafka would blush.

The staff here was great. They were patient with my daughter as she picked out a school backpack. Lots of options for backpacks.

I’ve never had a problem with Tilly’s until today and it’s very unfortunate because their staff was always cool before now. When I went in to return my pair of jeans today, a woman at the register was acting strange. The first employee nicely asks if I have an email for the rewards account, I reply that I didn’t have an account. She says okay. Then a second employee walks over and says I have to give an email for the return. Seems strange considering I have my receipt but I give them my email anyways not a big deal. Then the employee asks me read the credit card number I paid for the jeans with. Now I’m annoyed, because I have several cards I use to shop with so it’s hard to remember exactly what I paid with...anyways I ask if she knows the last 4 numbers so I can just show her the card instead to speed things along. She claims she can’t do that for “security reasons”. Never in my entire life of returning items WITH A RECEIPT AND ORIGINAL TAGS has a store required me to read them my card number. Basically, I felt like I was being tested. Normally, during a return, the employee will read the last 4 digits they have on file and the customer checks to see if it’s a valid card. Not the other way around. I won’t be returning to this store. I’m pretty sure they thought I stole the jeans or something. Bad vibes. Even if they did not intend to give that impression, they need to change their “policy” because it gives the wrong impression to a certain demographic of shoppers who just want to return items without being investigated.

Ordered a pair of Vans on 5/10/20.. was due to be here around 5/16/20. I never received them so I called and they said they must have got lost in shipping and to file a claim. Revived an email stating that they would be delivered on 5/22/20. As of today, 5/26/20 I still have not got my order. spoke with customer service again and they just gave me another date. they offered no compensation for the inconvenience. ABORT MISSION!
