Great experience! I had been to 2 places to get my FedEx return scanned and printed with no luck. These nice ladies helped me print it on my phone and send it to their email. Success! My heroes!

I dropped off a pre-paid Fed-Ex package on Tuesday afternoon with lab samples and I had results on Wednesday. I pre-pay for next day but all the locations I frequent have pick-ups from the drivers too early for me to make a true next day drop. Going to the Mad Packer gave my clients results a full day earlier than normal. I'll definitely be back.

If I could give a NEGATIVE 10 that’s what this review would be. I was treated poorly the second I walked in. I have never had an experience like this before in my life and that is the truth. The Woman behind the counter was confrontational & rude. She immediately says we don’t giveaway free business. Charged me to tape the top of the box that was open. UPS or even the post office has never done that. No one has shipping tape at home. I’m honestly worried about what she could’ve done to my merchandise when I left. Come to find out other people have had similar experiences.
I’m sorry to say this is the first negative review I’ve ever given to any businesses on Google .

Perfect place to get in and out to ship with FedEx, UPS, DHL, & USPS. Packaging materials can be purchased here as well. They also offer custom framing.

From their extensive collection of hands-on samples of frames, matting, and glass option to their creativity and attention to detail will have you leave with something you can be very proud of and it is evident that they are proud of each and every item that exits their studio. My extended family just made the hard decision to all stay home for Christmas. That didn’t leave me much time to get all the gifts packed up and mailed to four recipients. At a friend's recommendation, I went to The Mad Packer today. I’m so glad I did. It made shipping out all my gifts super easy. At every step, they gave me options and kept me aware of the cost of each. Buying a box and packing it myself was an option to save some money. I opted for them to pack it. The convenience was worth the reasonable packing fee. I was quoted prices for each package from several carriers along with the delivery date. They carefully handled each item as they measured and weighed them. I’m confident my gifts will arrive undamaged. I highly recommend this fantastic business!

I previously wrote a review with one star because an Amazon return I had dropped off at Mad Packer with a UPS label had not been credited while another package with USPS label had. Lo and behold Amazon finally credited me for the return.

Dropped off two Amazon return packages 21 Feb. One has been received-clothing. The other more expensive electronic device has not. Both were for UPS. Looking at receipt now I notice it says they are not responsible for pre-paid shipping packages in any way. I’ll not be using them again for my Amazon returns. ?

Several packages have been delayed because the FedEx driver "missed them". Very rude when I called up there to inquire about why they hadn't left the building. Won't be going here again.

Went to the UPS store across the street and they told me it was 217.00 to ship something to new york. Mad Packer got it there for 49.87
