The apartments themselves are modern (newly renovated), quiet, private entrance, and awesome pond views. The maintenance team is extremely fast, all our requests were taken care of within 24 hours- Brad is awesome ! The pool, gym, etc. are great amenities. Everything you could need is within 10 minutes including WPAFB, University, shopping and dining. Shaw Elementary is the school zoned for this area and we absolutely loved it. Julie is also an awesome leasing manager- she goes above and beyond in every aspect. They are military friendly ( we had to PCS before our lease was up and it was a smooth process). Highly recommend! Thanks guys for making our stay an enjoyable one ?

This is a wonderful Apartment Community in which we feel both safe & one in which the residents routinely look out for one another. It is ideally located for shopping of all and any kind that includes several grocery stores, numerous Restaurants, the Fairfield Mall, Sam's Warehouse Club etc. The maintenance and office staff is top notch as well. Love this place! The ladies in the front office are very responsive and helpful, and lately feels more like living in an up class hotel with the pool open and the lovely deck and gym. Been great living here so far.

I would give this ten stars if I could. I love living here - constant upgrades to the property, wonderful team, crazy fast and professional maintenance team, excellent landscaping, great amenities. A+ for sure!

I really enjoyed my time living here over the course of 4 years. The community is friendly and in a great area. The apartments themselves have plenty of room and the appliances work great. Brad and his team are some of the best maintenance folks around with work orders completed within 8 hours of putting them in. The ponds and greenery make for a great environment and they are always looking to improve the buildings. Since I lived by the pond, I did have 2 mice and maintenance assisted with that. All in all, this is an awesome, affordable, and all around great place to live that I can’t recommend enough.

I moved in a couple months ago and have been very happy with my decision to live at the Enclave! The apartment was very well kept and clean upon move in and I've really enjoyed using the amenities like the pool and gym. Not just a great location, close to all the shopping of the Beavercreek area, but also top-quality administration and staff. I'd like to give an extra thanks to Brad from maintenance who replaced my range when it was broken - he's a real professional. Very happy to live here.
