It took 20 mins wait time and I was next in line. The staff gave me a faulty router which was extremely inconvenient for me.

Cory was fantastic! He helped my husband and I upgrade our phones. He took about two hours out of his day to earn maybe just a few buckaroos commission. He even let me use the restroom! What a stand up guy! He was super efficient and knowledgeable. Every spectrum needs a Cory!

Don't let them get you on a promotion start out at 30.00 a month for internet, to get you and with in a year your up to 100.00. No change to your plan. Poor customer service THEY DONT CARE
