Place looked nice however lady at the desk was rude making more noises than actually using words. While trying to ask questions she was rolling her eyes and sighing. before I could ask about prorating as I don't need the unit before next month and wanted to know if they prorate or if your month starts day of she groaned and made a huffing noise like I was bothering her and said no we don't hold units not even letting me ask a question. Obviously having a bad day I said thank you and left.

We have 2 units at Sibco Storage. One unit RV storage and the other is a large storage unit. The grounds are secure and clean.

It was a great move from my previous location. I feel my belongings are 100% safe. Bethany in the office is very kind and helpful. Planning on staying as long as I have an RV.

We have had our camper there for about a 1 1/2 years. No issues. We like that they have a gate. I know there is a camera at the gate, not sure if there are any others. The only thing that I wish they had was lines painted marking each spot. Sometimes my neighbors park very close or on the imaginary line and it can make it very tight and difficult to get backed in.

After searching storage places for my boat and being on many waiting lists, this was the only place to ever follow up with me and keep me in the loop with upcoming available units. They are easy to deal with, and with auto pay I don’t have to remember to pay my bill !

Easy access and secure. I forgot my code once and they responded quickly to the after hour number. The staff has kept me on their list for indoor storage for my boat. No muddy parking lot which makes going in and out of my RV easy. Plenty of space to back in for rookies. Handicap porter John on site and clean.

Love this storage place,so clean and well managed. Units are secured and are super clean and dry . The area is very secured .
