Unbelievably rude staff.
My wife walked in, Who is 34 years old, Small of stature, And asked The two women at the counter if they had a shoe in a size 4 and they literally laughed in her face and told her they don't carry women's sizes that small and that she should try shopping in the children's section.
Completely embarrassed my wife.
I will be getting a hold of corporate. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

I asked the ladies at the counter if they had the display heels in my size ( 4 in women's) and both of them instantly started laughing at me and told me to shop in the little kids section. I'm a small lady and I have small feet. They didn't have to treat me like that. They could have just said "no I'm sorry we don't" but they laughed and kept laughing at my shoe size even as I walked out.

I called this store and the key hold manager Ken was very unprofessional and rude. I then asked for a manager and that manager was RUDE! I understand that a store may be busy but there is always a professional way to speak to someone when the store is busy. I have a predominant circle of people and am a big influencer of products and I will NEVER recommend anyone shop at this store. However, called the Dayton Mall store and Angie was TOTALLY professional and willing to assist. Never call or shop the Fairfield Common Shoe Dept Store.

Rarely find shoes here but the selection is alright. Sales are usually on non-name brands. Purses and bags are poor quality.

The two ladies checking out were rude and I feel like I was being racially profiled while trying to look for shoes. I really liked shoe dept but not returning to this location again.
