Stephen, from Sherwin-Williams, was very helpful. I wanted to redo my bathroom while my husband was on tdy. An Stephen was able to look up our account and help me choose a Satin Emerald White Paint, as well as FrogTape & Painting Kit. He was friendly, knowledgeable and as a momof2 hauling two little in tow I appreciate his help. Attached are my pictures of before and after!

I used this location all the time. There's one gentleman that is always great help. Probably the manager. Must not be on duty today. I call the store 4 times. Everytime I'm placed on hold for more than 5 minutes. So that means that if I was a different customer everytime you just completely ignored 4 customers, for what reason I don't know! And one of those you picked up the phone and disconnected the line!!!!! Seriously, whoever is answering phones needs to get a new job. It's not good customer service to put people on hold over and over again. Learn how to manage customer loads. You can take a call and get multiple things done, not neglect your customers on the phone and waste 30 minutes of their time on hold.This location is about to lose my business altogether.

My husband was in the Sherwin Williams in Beavercreek yesterday being helped near closing time. He was asked to leave with only two of the four paint cans he needed. One was out of stock which is fine and not the reason for this post. He did not receive a third can of paint because the employee helping him either forgot that he had asked for additional can of paint or did not hear him. My husband said he had mentioned it about three times. When my husband pointed out that he had asked for another color he was informed the store was now closed and that his order was not able to be completed. When he showed that he was irritated he was sternly asked to leave the store which he did. We will now have our ordercompleted elsewhere and don't plan to come back for any future purchases.

The employee that helped us was incredibly helpful finding us what we needed, I think her name was Maylee. Took her time searching their database to find the exact paint used by our contractor 2 years ago so we could do touch ups that match.

Excellent customer service. The lady was very friendly and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. Most importantly the paint match was spot on! I highly recommended buying your paint here vs a big box store.
