I watched the Customer service worker (tall white female short brown hair) racially discriminate against a woman of color. It was deplorable. Sam’s in Beavercreek needs to retrain the customer service workers at the counter regarding discrimination.

Picked up glasses from their optical department and a few groceries. Well stocked, organized store/warehouse. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices. Got fuel for the car as well.

Not as busy as other locations which was nice but I had to move a lot of empty boxes to get to things and the bathrooms weren't great.

We’ve been members for about 12 years! Every-time I try to order a cake they say they are completely booked !! It’s been 4 different times and we try to do 2 weeks before the event. They should just say they aren’t taking custom orders!

This Sam's Club is nice though they were out of a lot of mostly made items be a bakery or prepared meals or even desserts and sushi. It may have just been my timing of my visit but it's a good store especially for Sam's Club. Located near at sister store Walmart and not far from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and the museum down the street from Fairfield Commons Mall so a good location as well

Very poor customer service with an online order placed. ALSO asked to speak to a manager who was very rude as well. We will not be renewing our cards in 2 weeks. We will take our business somewhere else.

I had no idea their pharmacy was as excellent as it is! The pharmacy tech helped me transfer a prescription I had been told was on a manufacturer backorder and not available anywhere. I called around and Sam’s had it and transferred it and I picked it up within an hour! I also found out that they carry pet prescription items like flea and tick meds and more. I was thoroughly impressed at the customer service and she even gave me a five dollar voucher just for talking about immunizations that I could qualify for. I will definitely be back and likely transfer all of my prescriptions to Sam’s. Thank you!
