I’ve been to a lot of the Rally Houses in Cincinnati, Dayton & Columbus and this by far the best! This store is best for several different reasons. They are as follows:
1. Staff is phenomenal. The store management team is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They have passed that knowledge onto their staff. Their store is set up very nice and make it very appealing to shop in.
2. Staff is very approachable to ask questions and are willing to help you find what you are looking for.
3. The store is set up very well space wise. They have just the right amount of product at this location.
4. Probably the most important part of my shopping experience is that staff loving their jobs and you can tell because of the leadership of the store manager Andrea and assistant Allie and the fine job that they do!!
If I ever need a place to go to purchase my sports clothing it will be this Rally House at the Greene!

I love Rally House for their really nice selection of Reds, Bengals, Flyers and Kentucky gear.What I don’t like. We spend a lot of money with Rally House year in and head out for at least the last 5 plus years. I truly wish they would implement a rewards program - SO, when you spend $500 or so - you earn a 25% Discount Coupon or you get $10 Off your next purchase.Rally House, Wake-Up!! You are missing the boat on with major marketing demographic incentive. Look at how Dick’s Sporting Goods Rewards program. For a start - COPY THAT PROGRAM!

Great stuff and a great selection but extremely overpriced and the store is so packed full of products that you can hardly get through it. The return policy is ridiculously bad.

They had a good selection of clothing for multiple local sports teams. Only negative was the store was so full of racks that it was hard to get around.
