Worst customer service I've ever encountered. Especially when I want to buy 3 jerseys at $130 each for a game! To be blatantly ignored was the last straw. Then I go to the Huber location and was treated amazingly! Will not return to the mall location again.

Came in on Wednesday and needed help getting a sweatshirt from up on the top level. When I asked for help, the lady ( who I later found out was the Store manager) had a nasty attitude that made me want to leave. I normally enjoy shopping here since they have opened and I used to shop at the Dayton Mall location, but this is one closer to me. This encounter made me never want to shop here again.

I experienced very poor customer service when purchasing an item to pick up in the Fairfield Commons Mall store. Despite having documentation from PayPal indicating the amount that was paid and that payment was specifically made to Rally House no one in the store, including what appeared to be a manager would offer much help. I was supposed to have been sent an email from Rally House with a specific bar code, but it had not been received (it was not in junk or spam folders). Interestingly, I was still receiving Rally House advertisements to the same email address throughout this experience so obviously email was functioning. Likely this was an IT problem, but I was just so disappointed no one seemed to care despite the fact I had purchase documentation, the items were waiting-- packaged and addressed to me, and I could show my personal ID.

I was excited that they opened a store but when i made a purchase and tried to exchange the shirt that ripped from the price tag, they said the couldnt...guess thats the first and last time i shop there...says 120 day return but i guess not

Every time I’ve been in this store the workers are on their phones and never tend to their customers. I’ve needed help but feel like a burden since they’re so busy with their cellphones.
