I saw on the window that they had something called "extreme ninja" and had my hopes on a ninja warrior style course. I went into this place to ask what the place was and was met with a death stare. The lady at the front had a tone in her voice that seemed inquisitive and suspicious. I asked what this place was (the lights to the rest of the place was shut off). She responded in a snarky tone "it's for kids...so". I said "I was just curious what this place was" and left.I've never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable for asking what a business was.Edit: bad experience, but seemingly genuine response. Thanks.

If you are looking for a great place for a Birthday Party this is it! We had a fantastic experience here for a 2nd graders party. The set up, tear down, and utensils were provided making it easy. The facility was so much fun for the kids. The coaches were very helpful and gave the kids a great time.

I don’t mean to condemn but to inspire/encourage change but we had a pretty bad experience here ☹️ We attended 4 months worth of Ninja class for my son and never had a good experience. This is coming from an ex-gymnastics coach at a different facility, so I am passionate about the job, but in my opinion there is 1) no introductory system, you’re just kind of thrown to the wolves to figure it out on your own. 2) the seating area does not have good views and is over-crowded. 3) the facility is always so packed it feels like all the kids are running into each other. 4) my son repetitively did the same skills each week that he had previously mastered before entering the (age-appropriate) class and was never pushed or encouraged to try and learn new skills, so he remained pretty stagnant. 5) he never had a coach that smiled, ever. he had several negligent coaches that leaned against the wall while he did what he wanted, once when he was the only one to show for his class that day, and his teacher completely ignored him. this i did address with the office and the teacher did change the following week but i can’t say the experience was drastically better. the staff is not energetic and was rarely encouraging and they didn’t do the best of jobs at creating a fun environment for these young kids. 6) the staff does not communicate with parents at all and are usually too busy rushing off to their next class. 7) my son’s class also started late several times. 8) my son was always trying to talk to and thank his teachers and was often blown off my them. when that little person is your world, it’s hard to see them treated as if they aren’t special. my husband and i were disappointed on so many separate occasions and we are glad to be leaving and moving onto another facility that does a better job for a cheaper price. i understand the hardships of running a successful company and that no experience is going to be perfect but we were just really let down here and want to spread that info so others don’t have to feel what we felt. i genuinely mean this with love, but feel this information is important.

I like the way everything is being taught, but my daughter was not treated fair. I felt like she was being ignored a lot. She want to do gymnastics again once wrestling is over but I will have to find another place.

It was our 1st class for 2 of my sons in the extreme ninja class and they absolutely LOVED it!! Staff was amazing and the registration/account online is fantastic and user friendly. If you are on the fence just join and you won't be disappointed!!

Wonderful place for the kids, my son is in the ninja class but the gymnastics program is very large and everyone seems to work really well together.

Me and my daughters absolutely love Quest. The receptionist and coaches are all amazing. I have never had a bad experience with either of them. The coaches are so amazing at what they do. Private lessons are also offered and thanks to Kayla my daughter Cherish was able to make level 1 pre-team and I have no doubts that the coaches will help to make sure she continues to advance. I would recommend this center for anyone interested in gymnastics. You will not regret it.

First time here today, was such a wonderful experience for my daughter for her energy and confidence. Signed up for classes immediately after our trial. Everyone was so kind and had great energy!

We love Quest! My daughter has gained so many skills in the short time she's been here. Staff\coaches are much more hands on and encouraging compared to other gyms we have used in the area.

Great coaches and staff! My son did their tumble 1 class last year and has been begging to go back, hopefully we will be able to return once other activities die down!

My girls absolutely love this gym and all of the coaches! It is always so nice and welcoming and they work so hard with each of the girls to help them develop the skills they need! Quest has become more like a family and we are so grateful!
