I have been coming to this Petsmart groomers for 10 years. I have been unable to get an appointment to have my dog groomed for over a month. It is now mid-February and they're telling me they have nothing available until the end of March. However, when I walked in today to ask about availability, both groomers were doing nothing. There were no dogs being groomed and I couldn't hear any dogs in the back. Not sure what exactly is going on, but they have lost our business. We have a senior dog, and they've always done a great job with her.

If I could give it a 0 star I would. We went on Tuesday to purchase a betta. Got there and all of there fish tanks were super dirty, and a bunch of dead betta fish as well. I bought one against my instincts just so it wasn’t in horrible conditions. It lasted till today (Thursday), and it died of slime disease. I recommend not shopping here for any pets.

I was out of dog food and came here to resupply. For our retriever we typically get age appropriate feed from Purina Pro and this time I also got some treats. He loves to chew on antlers.
