“Going to Petland was an incredible experience. Ever since I have been hit with familial problems, I needed a companion to keep me company. I was a little hesitant, but when I came to your store, it changed my views completely. The best part of my experience was getting help from Aubrielle. If great customer service was in the dictionary, her picture should be the definition. She was very knowledgeable about the pets, and broke it down where I can understand it easy. She wasn’t like most sales people where they try to shove it down your throat. She was attentive to my needs and very patient. Overall, if you come to Petland, look for this woman because she gives nothing but her best and more.”
“My hunny and I brought home a fluffy ball of love (pekingese) named Lyle last fall from the Dayton store. He was 7 months old and was the most handsome, lovable, quirky pup they had & at the time also the eldest. We worked with Crysta to be able to bring Lyle home. Today he is a year old and we stopped into see the loving team members who helped make things possible (who we still keep in contact with❤️) because believe it or not they really do care about who and where the pups go to live and their happiness. Ms. Ashton tested my fish tank water, for free, and she answered my many questions about getting my new 29 gallon tank
