“This company is wonderful with a great crew! They moved us from Ohio to Florida while we flew down.
The only reason we did not give 5 stars, is because the plan was that they would arrive in the afternoon the day after departure. Well, they decided to drive straight through instead and arrived at 9:30am. We were still in bed as we didn't get to our home in Florida until after 4am due to a weather related flight delay. We also had 2 local guys lined up to help the movers...but they couldn't be there until late afternoon. So hubby helped with what he could with a bad back. With the exception of this hiccup...Dow did a great job. Only issue was with some damage to a gaming chair. Everyone at Dow, from Nate who was our original contact, to all the guys who helped move us, were extremely polite, knowledgable, and very hard workers who treated our possessions with care. Would not hesitate using them again.”
“The Next Steps team did a wonderful job with my mother! They were able to pack her up and move her from one assisted living room to another in a day. They were even able to add some things from her house to her new assisted living suite. They didn't just unpack, but put away things which was really important to my mom. Great job Allen!”

“First, moving is the most underappreciated service you can buy. Most people think you can buy some box, borrow a friend’s truck and it just happens. It isn’t until you pay for a hernia surgery or five visits to your chiropractor - you truly appreciate what these guys can do for you.
Mayberry’s Moving and Storage are hands down the most professional people I have ever worked with both personally and professionally. I’ve used Mayberry’s three times personally and we use them professionally, all the time. The Mayberry’s team are always polite, proficient and conscientious to a point that I have never been disappointed in their service, over 20 years.
As a home owner you get the benefit of having commercial grade movers work in your residential space. This means, these guys are practicing the craft of moving 5 days a week with large local business who are very demanding and have difficult items to move. So; your kitchen table, TV or sectional couch is no big deal for these guys.
In short, they are beyond AWESOME and essential if you need to move from point A to point B with ease and grace.

“We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”
“Very nice, clean, temperature controlled if you like, even ? They do not have 24/7 access for you but they live on the lot and don't need all night traffic and I respect that. “Wonderful experience. Great owners, very kind. Whole process was quick and easy. Cheaper than other ones around and you can drive up to the door of the units! (Except the smallest ones, but they’re still outside accessible you just have to walk your stuff to them from the side) 24/7 access. Would definitely use them again”

“Loved the convenience of picking when/what was sent in each of our PODs. Sent THREE different PODS on three separate occasions so we could transfer household items at our convenience. “JT was my mover (I didn't get the names of the other two men who did the move as well). They were very polite and helpful. They moved my 1 bedroom apartment about 20 mins away. They got it done in 1.5 hours. If I had done a DIY move, it would have taken 3-4 hours. And Tricia was very helpful with getting an estimate and scheduling my move. I will definitely use them again. They said there would be a link to leave a review with my moving receipt but I didn't find one, so I left one here.”
