Bait and switch they advertised a chair and ottoman with buttons and gave me a chair and ottoman without buttons said they were going to replace them by the end of August but still have not received my new chair and ottoman. So I called them on September 4th and 6th now they are giving me the runaround saying someone is going to call and no call as of September 9. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Starting with my shopping experience at Fairfield Mall store I can say that my Salesperson was the Best. She went well beyond to help me buy the Sectional couch I wanted. It had to be ordered since it no longer was available. The team that delivered the couch was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the couch.

My mom and I stopped by Morris Home Furniture and Mattress in Beavercreek on 06/16/2024. I had stopped by their other location in Miamisburg by the Dayton Mall and saw a table I wanted but I arrived at closing so I couldn't complete the transaction. As soon as we walked in Brynli greeted us. Sales specialist Brynli and Kira assisted me during the entire process. They showed me additional dining table options, looked into the possibility of me just purchasing the table (which I was able to do), helped me with measurements to ensure the table diameter would work for me and more. The process of paying was seamless, and they were extremely friendly to my mom and I as well. I stopped by a lot of stores and Morris provided the best service, options and prices in the area. I will update later regarding the delivery. I would definitely recommend.
Update: I forgot to update this when delivered but delivery occurred that following Wednesday. Delivery drivers were kind, funny but professional. Got it in my house, took pictures in case of damage, gave me a morris business card and left. Also, they kept in constant contact with the delivery time and arrived on time. Definitely recommend!

Managers don't know proper protocols for filing claims on defective products. Too much back and forth calls between insurance companies and Morris customer care center. I will be opening a claim with the BBB to handle my issue. Make sure you record the manager or sales rep when they go over your warranty. Make sure everything including sale of extend insurance purchase is on sale ticket. Have them go through it step-by-step since they are a representative of Morris Furniture. I have furnished over four different houses with Morris furniture. After today that will no longer happen. I'm over the nightmare of jumping through hoops. A customer who has spent 30k + should not have to go through this.
* Response to owner... I emailed customer service only to be greeted by Ashley.... She pulled the wrong purchase up to try and waive the wrong warranty in my face ?. After that email was sent from her. I tried emailing back with correct merchandise receipt. I received an auto email back that correspondence was blocked. I have followed up with filing a claim with BBB. It seems I wasn't wrong with my experience. It seems in the last two years you have been getting a solid one star reviews on the BBB, with the same issues I have from other customers. You may have gotten $30,000 out of me over the last few years but you will not get another penny from me. I understand why you are closing stores with practices like this.

We have already purchased a sectional couch, and mattress from Morris. So when our mother needed to get new furniture, we knew where we were headed.
Tyler jumped in, introduced himself, and listened to what we were looking for. He pointed us in the right direction, and we started browsing. After finding what we were looking for, Tyler assisted right away. He ensured we got the best price available, by taking 10% off of an already clearanced item. Very patient, very knowledgeable, and very helpful.
If you're looking for any furniture or home goods, stop by Morris in Beavercreek. You'll feel more at home.

Customer service is...well, less than stellar when you need service. I purchased furniture in October 23. It arrived January 2nd. By February 18, the frame on one of the loveseats was broken down (see photos). Called in and was told that it likely wouldn't be fixed but someone would call. (Still waiting for that call)
April 28th, I was laying in the recliner of the second loveseat and tilted it back. Heard a loud pop so I sat up a bit. Things seemed okay. A little later, I went to sit up and accidentally went back instead of forward. Again, loud pop and the breaker blew in my house. We could also smell burnt electric. I called the following week. They sent someone out to look at both pieces on May 6th. The gentleman was kind enough to call me fat. I never heard anything until I called them yesterday. Today, two people reached out. The second being from the service area to ask me if it was okay that they removed both pieces from my home for repair. Apparently this is the only option to have either piece fixed. So, now I wait for who knows how long for someone to schedule a time to come pick up one (or both) pieces. It will take 7-10 days to fix. If I let one go at a time, I have one loveseat for three people. If I let both go at the same time, I have 0 places for 3 people to sit. I see a math problem. I am already unable to sit in my living room because I cannot recline in the fire hazard that is one loveseat. I'm disabled and need to be able to put my feet up. It's been a long two weeks and now I have at least two more. When asked about whether I wanted my furniture fixed or not, I was basically told the seating problem was mine. No one really cares. I spent a lot of money to be called fat, inconvenienced by inferior furniture and treated less than with my disability.
I'd skip Morris Home Furniture if I were you. It's not worth the hassle, the money or the humiliation.
