“We went back for new mattress after 10 years with the last one we bought from there. We decided to go from the orthopedic pillow top to the adjustable bed with two XL twins with the Regency Hybrid mattress. Even though they should have more than one person in the store, we didn't have too long of a wait. Can't wait for new set! Delivery was 1 1/2 - 2 weeks out. Not too bad.”

He patiently answered all of our questions about product reliability, warranty, ease of moving/set-up (we're a military family), and accessories.
