Both our boys have been at kindercare since 12 weeks up until DPS. We loved it here and felt like the teachers truly cared about our boys. We highly recommend!

Won't give answers over the phone on availability. Makes you waste your time to go see them and then tells you there are no openings. Very sketchy.

This center is very diligent about making sure the families and children are taken care of and are safe. They communicate efficiently and go out of their way to make sure parents are heard and the kids are happy and learning. I’m so thankful for this center!!!

Love this Kindercare location! All of the staff are friendly and great with my son. He always hates to leave at the end of the day. They’ve followed all CDC guidelines to keep the kids safe and healthy, and they are great at communicating with parents. Couldn’t ask for a set of better hands to care for my child.

Lillian Lane Kindercare has been a place of security for our 3 year old daughter. She loves to go to school, which tells me they are kind and fun! I appreciate their openness and transparency with things. They are easy to work with and they foster a great learning environment for the children.

Our toddler has been enrolled at Lillian Lane for about 4 months now and absolutely loves it. This is our first daycare experience but it has been wonderful. The director and staff are always responsive if we have questions or concerns. The teachers have also been great with out toddler - the classroom curriculum is structured and fun - everything my kid needs! The weekly rate is also reasonable and includes diapers and meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack). The food seems okay - I see someone chopping fruits and veggies and prepping to cook every morning. Overall this has been a great experience for our family. I would recommend if you are looking for care!

My Husband and I chose Lillian Lane as our daughter’s child care center after we were forced to look for a new option due to COVID. The previous daycare provider had been the only resource we had known, and we were quite overwhelmed with the whole process. Luckily for us, Emily (the center director) was kind, cheerful, caring and understanding of our situation. While she had hundreds of children to care for on a regular basis, she made us feel like we were her top priority.Four months after choosing this center for our daughter, we couldn’t be more satisfied with all aspects. The teachers are fantastic. Communication is hard right now with the COVID restrictions, but they write us notes to ensure we’re all driving to a common goal. My daughter, who is not an affectionate kid in the slightest, is constantly seen snuggling her care givers and smiling at them constantly. She not only feels safe and comfortable, she feels loved. In the few short months we started, I also discovered (with the help of this center’s staff) that my daughter had a gluten sensitivity. Emily and her staff ensured we did what was in my daughter’s best interest and kindly answered question after question I threw at her.Overall, we’re extremely satisfied for the care our daughter receives here. She’s loved, her motor skills and social skills are improving every week, she gets plenty of exercise, the facility is updated and clean, etc. We highly encourage you to welcome this family to yours.

KinderCare at Lillian Road has met all of my expectations. I first met with Emily, the director, for a tour of the facility. It was SO clean, smelled terrific, and appeasing to the eye. My baby started at Lillian road at 13 months, and I was very nervous about how he would react to the change. The KinderCare team uses this fantastic app that tells you how your child is doing, when they are sleeping, what they have eaten, diaper changes, and pictures. I am a pleased Mama. Thank you, Emily & KinderCare teachers, for loving and caring for my baby.

My daughter was in 3 year old class. I didnot like this place. She would cry everyday that she doesn't like to go. Teachers kept on changing. Specifically one day it was cold spring time. I told teacher that she has jacket in her cubby as she didnt want to wear at the time I was dropping her. I was standing at the door. My daughter was asking teacher for jacket. Teacher was busy chatting with other teacher from different class completely ignoring what child was asking... since I was at the door I took the jacket and gave it. Another incident I went drop her and teacher just said they cannot accept they have maximum number of kids. I had to go to management and ask. Then she came with us and let her be in the class. I was annoyed of this kind of process. Another time They put her in a different class. Kids should not treated that way. I don't recommend this place.... kids do their own thing, teachers don't intervene much... I would prefer teachers monitor and develop bond. May be other like it but in my opinion they need to work on a lot of things to improve.

It took my husband and I a long time to find a childcare center in this area that met our expectations. Rainbow WAS by far the better of several we looked at. However, that has all changed a great deal over the course of the last year as Rainbow has been acquired by Kindercare and the locations management has changed.Over our year+ at the facility, there were multiple staff walk outs/no shows. In my opinion this speaks volumes to the management of the facility, staff obviously do not respect the leadership enought to provide notice; I believe this is due to poor leadership. Furthermore, there was an onsite arrest of a staff member (you can find it in the news) that speaks to the oversite and ability of hiring managers to identify questionable individuals, vetting processes only account for so much, management should have been able to identify that this particular individual was not a good fit (my husband and I both noted his inability to engage with adults and saw him wearing questionable attire). In the time my children attended rainbow there have been a few teachers who stand out (names will not be provided). Those high quality individuals that have left the facility for better opportunities have been replaced by individuals that do not come close to their levels of professionalism, compassion and care for the children they encounter.I have to assume the Management has an inability to judge character and indeed may be blind to the interactions between staff and children. Even with my rare appearance at the facility when the majority of staff are on site (I typically dropped my kids very early when few staff were on site and my husband picked them up when it was very busy), I have seen several questionable interactions between teachers and students. This is unacceptable, and if it’s questionable, it is already wrong. There are numerous flaws in this facility! It's obvious that I am not the only one that sees these acts: As a July 2019 complaint driven inspection suggests and further confirms these flaws. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS FACILITIES INSPECTIONS! They are clearly going downhill!!!Additionally, my husband is typically the individual that picks up our children; however, on the rare occasion I pick them up, the state of the facility is less than impressive. It is common to encounter mop buckets unaccompanied in a hallway or classroom filled with dirty water, full bags of trash in classrooms (and kids playing with them in some instances), boxes stacked very tall in hallways; and other dangerous obstacles for children.Lastly, during one drop off I was put off by the fact that only two staff were on site when I arrived; the cook and a young lady who had never opened and seems to be very confused about morning procedures and what to do when several others simply don’t show up! I was expecting some sort of communications about this, yet saw nothing. As a parent I stayed on site until someone additional showed! I sent an email attempting to get answers as to why the morning was in disarray and also asked about the cleanliness of the facility. That email was met with poor excuses stating that cleanliness had been addressed as a recent meeting (although, even after the email the state of the facility did not indicate any changes in cleanliness) and that the young lady that opened was trained on the procedures (I am betting this was a lie as the young lady made several comments about how she had not been trained or have experience opening). The people that are being hired by the current management are clearly not fit to care for children! If you care about strangers yelling at your children and verbally abusing them, do not take them to this facility! Unfortunately, not all of the classrooms have great teachers (some of the classrooms really do) and your child will more than likely encounter teachers that are not assigned to their room! If you are considering rainbow please make sure to meet all the staff and visit more than just the rooms your child will start in because you need the full picture!!

We absolutely love the staff! From the moment we started, they loved our daughter like their own. The classroom teachers are amazing and do a great job helping the children meet their developmental milestones! The director, and assistant director are just as amazing! We love the family atmosphere!

My 3 year old went here for about 6 months, It seemed okay at first and he seemed to be making friends and learning. But I had some concerns that recently led me to removing him from the daycare. One day when I picked him up he was not wearing the same pants I had dropped him off in. The pants he was wearing weren't even his! I never got a clear answer on what happened and I never got his actual pants back!I also picked him up one day and he had a pretty nasty bite mark on his arm from another child and nothing was ever said to me. There was never an incident report written or anything. They seem to have one teacher for 10+ toddlers and that is not adequate care in my opinion. And every other month the teacher is new. Their turn over rate is so high I don't see how they can properly train their staff. I saw this at the Springboro location also. Even the director changed multiple times over a year. When I emailed the director about these concerns I didn't even get a reply email or a phone call.I suggest to keep looking around for another facility that will care more about each individual child.

Rainbow CCC in Beavercreek is a very special place! I started working for Rainbow February of last year and instantly fell in love with it. A new facility that is well maintained, filled with amazing teachers who love the children they teach and a welcoming environment for everyone. I now have a 3 month old of my own and was very scared about going back to work. I was able to bring her with me and know that she was going to be well taken care of and loved. My daughter loves her teachers and I love seeing her laugh and smile with them every day. : )

My daughter and I are very happy with Rainbow. Everything from the cleanliness of the facility to the kindess and professionalism of the teachers to the little bunny "Oreo" has been beyond expectation. My little one is two and is developing beautifully there. I love hearing the new songs and games she has learned, as well as listening to her name all her friends she has made there. When I drop her off in the morning I know she is with caring, patient, professionals who know my daughter well and will help her have a great day. Thank you for taking great care of my little one Rainbow!!

Both of my children are currently enrolled at Rainbow. My 6 year old loves to go because of the gym (which is amazing), the Wii, and all of his friends that attend. He especially enjoys being with his teachers as well. He always speaks of them when he is at home, and I know he is in the best care when he is there. My youngest started out at 6 wks and is now 15 months. I was very nervous to start mine so young, but the teachers in Infants are beyond what words can explain. They treat him as if he was their own, and they always make me feel that he is first priority. He does amazing with the baby sign language program they have and I am so thankful for that. The entire building has a high energy level, and the staff and management are all friendly and make each parent and child feel that they are truly apart of the Rainbow community.
