I just want to start off by saying thank you Jeff and the team at this lot. going to krug auto sales was the best decision I made for myself a week ago, now usually someone like myself who is not very knowledgeable about cars or the car buying process at all going to a car lot is very overwhelming and can seem impossible to get done. But let me tell you Jeff over at Krug auto sales was a breath of fresh air to say the least he helped me with finding the perfect affordable car that worked just for me and my situation. He didn’t haggle me once and never one time did he show me a car I couldn’t afford. He got me out of a very sticky situation with a previous car I was doomed with and got me back on the road in no time. I would recommend this lot to anyone looking for a genuine business with honest and professional service. - A very happy customer

Jeff was super easy to do business with. I bought a 1999 f150 and boy is this truck awesome. Being that old I couldn’t be happier with them. Great experience, great price. Thanks for everything!!

Found a car online and called ahead to confirm the availability. Jeff was very easy to work with and gave us plenty of space and time to inspect the car and make a decision.
Very easy going and comfortable atmosphere. Transparent pricing. Vehicle was well cleaned and serviced.
Great dealer. Happy to do business with Krug.

If yall really wanna get a nice car and not have to worry about anything go to right way in Fairfield I got a 2015 Volvo S60 T5 500 down and nice payments if you don’t have credit or make 25-30 bucks like I said before don’t go here since my last review was inaccurate how’s this one not so inaccurate anymore am I so just go to right way get a nicer car and be worried free and you get a warranty thru right way do they offer you a warranty here?

If you don't know much about cars and don't own a scan tool, stay away. Told me check engine light was on due to it needed an oil change when it was actually the vvt solenoids. Easy cheap fix, but if he will misdiagnose or mislead on something like this, what else would he hide.
Paid what the car was worth to me, but only because I know what I'm doing under the hood.

Try buy a truck from them offered them a fair price then counter offered gave them a better price for a r title truck with 200000 miles offered a 1000 less then asking price then tells me it would be 15000 if it wasn’t r title with 200000 miles BEWARE

I needed a car that runs, I got a car that runs. One of the tires isn't road worthy and it needed an oil change ASAP. Overall, I'm good with the transaction. Decent people selling decent cars.

I love the Buick Park Avenue I purchased here! They have great customer service as well! It’s nice to find a reasonably priced car you can pay cash for!! Also to learn the history of the car and to hear about the previous owners added to the experience!

This dealership is awful. They are nice while you're in the buying process. Then turn rude and disrespectful after. All of those awards on their walls should be revoked. They take advantage of the elderly and disabled. Absolutely morally bankrupt...
