Kohl's continues its slow ebb toward bankruptcy. Clothing completely unorganized and thrown around. Was impossible finding a dress shirt that was priced correctly for the location/sale shelf. Left the the store and actually found a shirt down the street at Wal Mart (actually was much neater and organized) for half the price. I predict Kohl's will be a non-player as their quality continues to slip and competition and online shopping continues.

Pros - Store was relatively clean.
Cons - in an era where retail stores are going out of business all across the country, I do not understand why a retailer would make the experience so bad for people coming to buy. At least as a man it starts off having to park on the other side of the store because they close the entrance by the men’s side. ThenI have to walk to the other side of the store to look at men’s clothes. Once I find the clothes, I have to walk to the women’s side to use the only fitting room available. Once I’m at the fitting room I have to wait in line. Once I try on the clothes, I realize I need some different sizes so I have to walk back to the other side of the store. Then back to the women’s side and wait in line again. Then I think it’s all over and now I have to wait in line at the checkout. On top of everything it’s hot in the store. I’m asking everyone I know to never buy me a Kohl’s gift card again!

Found just what I was looking for with the help of associate Vickie who was lovely, kind, went out of her way to help me but the icing on the cake was how much fun and personable Vickie was so much so that I felt like I was shopping with my best friend.

I love the Nice professional service at the Kohls in Beavercreek because they don’t profile you just because you’re African American. The respect is wonderful. Kate my cashier was amazing because she saved me money and let me know that I had Kohl’s cas that I forgot about. Thank you
