I recently purchased a used Nissan Titan. The staff was excellent. Max was great. He followed up with me after the sale. The manager also was excellent. It was a great experience. They were willing to work with me. They were interested in what I was looking for. I am very happy with my purchase and the dealership.

Purchased a Nissan Frontier. Excellent experience. Fast and easy transaction. Cam Beam did a great job and very friendly! My grandpa needed help and Ricky was so kind to explain the services needed to repair grandpas car. Not a lot of people take the time to slow down for older folk and I really appreciate the time and care he took to make sure my grandpa was happy and well taken care of. We will be back!!

This is going to be a detailed review and I have waited long enough to have it done. I had the most terrible experience ever. It was my first time and was super excited to get a new car. Thomas, was the salesman who got everything done for us. We waited for almost 4 hours till we actually got the car. I put in a little money for deposit and was given the car after 4 hours of waiting. I don’t mind that. Thomas was sweet and did a great job getting us a good deal. What was wrong was we didn’t sign any paperwork. The contract was not signed either. We were told that the bank’s website was shook and was down for quite a few days. I was happy and got the car home. In a week, we were asked to come back again for they didn’t have our driver’s license. I wish this was done on the first day of visit. Anyhow, we didn’t mind driving back and Nick was kind enough to reimburse us for gas. Now that this was done, we were called in again after a week to get our passports, as we are immigrants on student visa and I made sure they knew this since the very beginning. Nick and Thomas, the GM and Salesman respectively, knew our business since the very start. This wasn’t an issue and I know this cos they promised it wasn’t an issue. Now, after getting our passports, we were called once again for signing the contract after a week. By now, we were in Nissan for more than 3 times in 3 weeks. We signed the contract 3 weeks after we got the car. Everything was good for now. We weren’t informed of anything till now.
My first installment wouldn’t even begin until mid August. On July 20th, almost a month after we financed and brought the car home, a new Nissan Sentra, I get a call from Nick saying the bank needs more additional documents such as a GC. At this point, I was all blank. I asked him what our other options were. He said putting down another 15k dollars down as deposit would be it. I said, that’s impossible. What could be the worse, right? I was told to get the car back to them by the same day. At this point, I was all zoned out and didn’t really know how to deal with this. I asked him for some time and Nick was genuinely polite and gave me some time. I call him back later saying that because I had so much time lost for nothing, I would appreciate a compensation. I totally agree I was a bit rude when I asked for compensation. At this point, the manager of the place, Mr. Josh comes at the phone yelling and saying he wouldn’t compensate for anything. He needs “his” car back within the next 2 hours and he threatened if that wasn’t done, he would come for “his” car with the police. Let me remind you, I am a student. I bought a new car because I started a new job. And getting this threat was absurd. I didn’t know what to do at this point.
While I was scared and crying, Nick called me back saying he would let me figure my other options out and let me have the car for the next two days.
On Monday, I went to the showroom, told them my concerns, spoke with Josh. Josh said he was sorry as he had been stressed out and he hated seeing a lady cry. My question was, I never stole the car from them. They were my source of medium to the bank. I didn’t know any of this happening behind my back. And I was told that day, exactly a month after buying the car that my contract had been cancelled. It felt like a backstab. I trusted them, which I shouldn’t have. I have been a jewelry salesperson and I have done financing myself. Nissan got all concerned the moment they knew the bank wouldn’t pay them in whole as they needed more documents.
When the serve was down, you shouldn’t have given me the car without having your facts checked. A month back they were all sweet cos I bought a car and a month later, Josh had the audacity to talk to me that way just cos he wasn’t getting his money.
As much as I respect Nick and Thomas, I genuinely despise Josh. I was humiliated. Even when it wasn’t my fault.

Found the truck I was interested on the internet, verified it was still for sale. Traveled from Cincinnati to purchase vehicle. Cameron Beam was my sales associate. He made the whole process easy. Did a test ride and returned the next day to purchase. No NONSENSE LIKE SOME DEALERS. Thanks.

We worked with Jeremy for most of our purchase and he was fantastic, knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal. Cost of vehicles lined up well with MSRP. Rob in finance was also a delight to work with- he was very thorough, honest and kind. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase and experience with the sales and finance departments.

I took my vehicle in for an airbag recall. When they gave me my vehicle back the airbag light was flashing. They advised that if would like them to check it that there would be a $150 diagnostic fee.
