The most impressive was my interaction with Sales & Leasing consultant, Collin Fegel. That was my first experience with Mazda (I got a factory ordered CX-50 Turbo), and Collin was very helpful at every stage of the purchase. Highly recommend.

Able Gallagher was our salesman. He met us at the door, enquired what we were looking for, he suggested we look at a 2023 Mazda 3 corporate car they had in stocks. He had the car filled with gas, showed my wife and I some features and sent us on a test drive. We both drove it and liked it. The car was certified, so we new everything was in great condition. Able had some stone dings in the hood repaired by pointless dent removal and what chips are made in the paint, he is going to get touched up for us. We left a deposit on the car before left. We picked up and paid for the car a week later. Able is very knowledgeable easy to work with. I will recommend Jeff Schmitt Mazda. This is the second car I bought from them, and my fifth Mazda. All of my Mazdas have been great cars. My wife named this Mazda 3 "Black Beauty. "

Tl;Dr - JS Mazda doesn't put in a lot of effort in investigating/triaging vehicles. Don't shop with this dealership unless you're willing to accept poor customer service.
Here's my big rant on why I don't like this dealership and their failing level of service.
Within about 10 months of purchasing a CX-50 in '23, I began noticing an issue with (1) how the parking system applying/retracting the parking brake, (2) a rattling in the back of the vehicle, and (3) an issue with how the vehicle comes to rest and applies the I-stop feature to the engine. I scheduled once to bring my vehicle in, but to my surprise my appointment "wasn't in the system" the day I was supposed to go in, so I had to reschedule another two weeks out. I eventually brought my vehicle in and was only supposed to have a loaner vehicle for about two weeks. I called for texted and called over a period of 40 days and received little to no information before I eventually caused enough of a stir to get my car back. They provided no explanation for any of the issues I reported and fixed none of them; luckily I didn't pay their "$250 cleaning fee" for returning their vehicle.
Fast forward to now - I've discovered an issue with the "auto" windshield wiper setting. When the lever is set to auto and in the proper position, the wipers run once and then don't trigger again. I'm hesitant on bringing in my car again, knowing they can't fix it quickly and they'll have to take my car again, plus their previous track record for fixing the other issues I've remarked.
Lastly, I recently encountered Mazda's wonderfully updated Terms of Service for using the Mazda Connected Services. If I don't agree to their terms and allow them to sell my data to others (including my insurance company), I can't use the connected services. With it disabled, my car has to tell me about it EVERY TIME I GET IN THE CAR. This vehicle has become literal torture for me and I regret my purchase, especially from this dealership.

Collin Febel was FANTASTIC!! Very professional and not too over bearing. He allowed us the time to shop around before we made the decision to buy. Ultimately after comparing the vehicle, his service, and the cleanliness of the office/show room with other car dealeships, we made the decision to go with him. I was really nervous financing a car for the first time but the team at Jeff Schmitt Mazda was so welcoming and reassuring. Steve was super kind and took plenty of time to explain every step and process and help me learn a lot. Matt worked really hard to get me the best deal he possibly could, I was honestly surprised by the rates he was able to pull for me. All in all, it was a great experience.

I was really pleased with the experience I had working with Brent as I looked to make a purchase. I started the process several months early and Brent was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as he rode with us for our test drive. I made it clear as we finished that I was interested but wouldn’t be ready to purchase for a few months. Brent gave me space but reached out a few months after we met to let me know they were offering special financing on the vehicle I was interested in. And then when I came back in and let him know I was thinking about other options he took us back out to test drive both and was again great to work with. I would recommend working with him without hesitation. My only complaint was that when I was ready to purchase, with cash, the process still took nearly 3 hours. Brent was extremely apologetic, I know it was nothing he had control over, but it wasn’t the best way to end the experience.
