Jack was very understanding and patient while I tried to figure out my account information to activate my SIM card (I am still so sorry about that!). I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially after having a bad day. Even the other customers at the time seemed to enjoy the light atmosphere and we all exchanged some fun conversations. I left with a working phone that actually remains connected to mobile data and with the best deal I could have asked for. “I'm giving 5 ? to this store due yo excellent service that I received from Cally 3 days ago at this store, she spent one hour with me assisting me with my new Tmobile phone.i purchase the phone from store on Miller Ln in Dayton 1 week prior. I went to Miller Ln to change telephone service from At& T (I had service more than 20 years) I got a new phone there after I was told that they could not transfer info from my old phone to new.. I went back a week later to same store help with phone, did not get any, I also went to another tmobile on Wenger Rd and person there was no help. Finally went to N. Fairfield Rd store, where I was able to resolve all problems, thanks to Cally, she is truly a very knowledgeable person and very patient as I had many questions.
