“Very quiet location, well off expressway. Walking paths nearby for morning walks with dogs. Near lots of stores/shops. Rooms are very nice, clean & tidy. Towels upgraded. Staff super helpful. Grounds in very good shape. Front desk said that they have been open 3.5 years and said they work hard to keep hotel in good shape. Breakfast AWESOME. Omelets (precooked), 2 choices. Sausage, oatmeal, pancake machine (2 fresh pancakes made), fruit, great coffee, juices. Just a good deal in a great location. Pet friendly.”

“The employees are the best I’ve ever dealt with the rooms are luxurious. It’s very clean and the employees are very friendly.

“Nice hotel with plenty of parking. The gym is great, they have good swimming pools that are always busy. The hotel service does a great job, and the rooms are comfortable. Being close to the university, the balcony have great views.”

“A convenient hotel in south Dayton near Kettering. It’s surrounded by a lot of commerce, including diverse styles and price points of restaurant, Costco, Kroger, Target, and many other stores. There’s an Outback in the immediate vicinity.Check in was very fast. The elevator was functional and quick. Our room was on the third floor, with a view of the parking lot below. We have stayed in another Home 2 Suites with the same room layout, so that familiarity was nice. Our queen bed was comfortable. The bedside clock was 11 minutes fast and we had no way to correct it because that function was locked behind a screw. The kitchenette had a good variety of dishes and utensils, which we used and tucked in the dishwasher. The fridge is on the smaller end of a full size, which was great! The freezer was a great size for holding many ice packs from our travel cooler. The bathroom was fine. The shower was easy to use and had attached dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which are so much nicer than struggling to get liquid out of tiny bottles. The toilet has two flush levels, but the light level couldn’t even flush a few pieces of bath tissue, making the heavy level necessary for everything. The hair dryer worked fine.There was no road noise within the room. The walls are thin, though, so corridors noise really carries; our hotel was fully booked due to a teenage sports competition that weekend, and unfortunately, they had no personal volume control when returning at midnight.We visited the breakfast buffet one morning. It has good basic offerings, like pastry to go, bananas and other fruit, and waffle irons. There were several beverage choices, including abundant coffee.We stayed here three nights in a row, and it was a very pleasant place. We'd stay here again.”

“Had an amazing stay here 2 nights ago and I can't stop think about how helpful Rachel (the receptionist that checked us in) was. Long story short: We booked the room same day after leave Sandusky (Great Wolf Lodge) but got stranded on the road, took AAA 2½hrs to get to us only to find out the tow truck drive didn't have gas in his own truck to get us to our destination, so then we were stranded in the tow truck for another 3hrs, FINALLY getting to the hotel at 3am, smh. Rachel seen the frustration on my face, heard my situation and did everything in her power to make sure my stay at the Holiday Inn Fairborn was better than the night I was having. She was so pleasant and it was felt. The next day we came to find out the whole staff was just as pleasant. Thank you for your service ??Rooms: Rooms were extremely clean. A1 quality mattresses for a good nights sleep”

“8/28/24-Would be a solid 5 star location and experience but the employee who who checked me in today Derrek was not very friendly or professional, he snatched my ID and credit card out of my hands and didn't even say a word until it was time to swipe my card.
Also, the ghetto parking pass was a bit strange for such a nice area.
Other than those 2 things, the rest of the staff and hotel were amazing. After Derrek left 2, the ladies were super friendly and helpful, even printing things out for me in color.
Clean and extremely well maintained hotel here.. the room smelled clean and fresh when I walked in. The evening meal was great, very enjoyable experience after the initial Check in.

Food & drinks: There is an onsite pantry with good and drinks, along with some essentials.”

“Booked 2 rooms. One with a king bed and one with 2 queen beds. Once we arrived, the 2 queen bed room was actually a king with a pull out couch. They need to change their website because it's very misleading. Had to get a third room for my other coworker. The rooms were clean. The TV, however, had limited channels and the fridge had a freezer area but per usual they didn't get anywhere close to cold enough. Breakfast was very limited as well but had really good orange juice.”

“Very nice place everybody be was friendly very very clean!! I am surprised this is only 3.8 star on google because some motels I stay at have much better an are not near as clean overall! There were no places with cigarette butts laying no trash gathered even from the wind in a corner outdoors on the entire property! Keep up the good work!”

“The Hope Hotel is a nice, but older style, hotel connected to Wright Patterson AFB. I have to disagree with most of the negative review as we were there last week for a Phan Rang AB Vietnam Reunion and found it comfortable. The staff always went beyond expectations to assure our needs. Thank you so much!”

“I attended the colorguard competition this past weekend. The convention center was SO nice … as was the competition being held there. The parking garage was attached with a covered walk way. BONUS The place spotless and workers were beyond friendly.”

“I've traveled the country for aLong while as a superintendent.I have to say this is probably the cleanest that I've seen in a long time. I stayed here a while back. And it still has the same good friendly service that it did back then.. Considering all the problems with help and maids.So if you're in a beaver creek area, this is the best place for the price and the location..”

“Nice place to stay if you are looking for great value. I always book a King size bed room. Personally, I have always had better experiences when I book a King size bed. The room we booked was updated and clean, looked like no one had ever stayed in it. The bed was huge and very comfortable, New sheets/pillowcases and comforter. I always check for issues with Bed bugs/ bugs in general my room was clean and bug free. There was plenty of hot water for taking showers. Convenient to the Air Force Museum and nearby restaurants. Location is a bit of a drive, Breakfast was better than most more affordable hotels. Not perfect but decent, coffee, juice, decent selection of hot and cold items, apples ect. The outside of the building is a little stand-off ish. Definitely could use improvements but then this location would be a lot more expensive.”

“The rooms are a bit outdated and having a single washer and dryer for a whole building was a little inconvenient. The location is good relative to base amenities. The commissary, Exchange, and gas station are all within 5 minutes. Lodging itself is only about 3-4 minutes from the main gate. They only service rooms once a week due to limited manning.”

“Checked in late and met a very helpful lady named Tessa. She was very informative about the rooms and policies. She also told me to turn the knob on the wall to get my stove to work. She's a great asset. In the morning I met a man named Kevin. He was polite and professional during the checkout process. My refund took 5 days to get back on my card, which is to be expected. The rooms were nice and clean. No bugs. No dirty linens. I would definitely recommend this hotelRooms: Beautiful rooms. Comfort. Accessibility. Linens were dressed. “It was a pleasant stay, I like having a restaurant in the hotels so I can get a quick bite without having to drive to get back to my room.My room was clean and spacious, and breakfast isn't included with the stay, but I'd stay again when next I'm traveling through the area.Food & drinks: Bar and grill in the hotel itself, had the Bistro 300 salad and would order again.”

“I don’t understand how anyone is giving this place a bad review. The owners are phenomenal people. I’ve been staying here since December, and the only bug I’ve ever seen here is ants… outside my door. I’ve got a rough patch a time or two and Tammy has always worked with me! Housekeeping always makes sure I have TP and clean towels and blankets. The front desk service people have always been super sweet and understanding as well. There has been many times that any other hotel would have kicked me out for being late paying, but not red roof. I love the owners and the staff here! I’ve had zero issues.”
