Mike was the associate I worked with and he was kind and didn’t make me feel rushed and was excited as I was that the on site jeweler could fix it for me

This store is amazing. Their quality and craftsmanship is superior. Go see Matt for anything you need. He is honest and always willing to go the extra mile to help. This will be my jewelry store for the future. They even have a bench jeweler on site, so your jewelry never leaves the store and gets fixed quick!

Have purchased the last few years from this location, all the staff care, and I mean take the time to care. My other jewelry was cleaned for free, each point of every specification is reviewed and their return for work done is honest, they have a log and stick to that. I like that others can pick up if specified, as needed. Constantly revolving collections, varied tastes, love it!

Very helpful. I was looking into replacing my grandmother’s ring that was given to me 36 years ago that I gave to my younger cousin. The employees helped with the design and keeping it within my budget. Helzberg Diamonds is my go to for all my jewelry needs.
