They fixed my daughter switch lite and it was done right, fast and by far best price around for what was wrong with it. Will come back for all my needs for the game systems in the future. Will tell everyone around to go to them for all their games needs.

I thought my beloved Panasonic plasma TV had bitten the dust until a friend of mine recommended reaching out to Gem City Digital.
I spoke with Tom, their TV guy, who informed
me that he had worked on these TVs before.
So I drove it up from Cincinnati and within a day had received a diagnosis and a repair estimate that was incredibly reasonable.
My Panasonic is back and good as new thanks to the team at Gem City Digital.

Today was my second visit to this shop and just like before it was outstandingly efficient. Walked in around 11:30 informing their team I was in need of two screen replacements for my iPhone and iPad. The phone was done after about 20 min and then I got a call for the iPad only an hour later! Thank you again Gem City Digital, I love the new screens they’re so well done!
