Sarah is so kind and it's like talking to your best friend! The store is clean, easy to shop, and I've never had a problem with making a purchase or return. I will definitely be back!

Such a cute little boutique! Sarah was very helpful and helped me find some cute skirts and set up a dressing room. She was super sweet and attentive! Give the girl a raise!

I like Francesca’s but the Beavercreek store is horrible. They seem to be the only store that will not price match the online sales. The other stores do. Mary is who helped me and she didn’t even try to look into price matching and said she was told not to but instantly the other local stores said they would. Why would other stores price match but not this store..this isn’t how to run a store and have customers come back. I don’t recommend shopping at the Francesca’s in Beavercreek.

This Francesca's is always clean and the displays are cute and easy to shop. My only qualm is that the staff's helpful and friendly nature is very hit or miss. Sometimes the ladies are amazing! And other times they don't even acknowledge that I'm in the store.

This boutique is so disappointing. My husband was in the military and when we lived on the east coast I worked in a Francescas as a Sales Lead. I know the Promise and steps associates are supposed to take with the customers. Every single time I go into this location I am barely acknowledged. I had even initially tried transferring to this location when moving to Ohio and the careers center said my position was open in this Beavercreek location, but management never called me. I am now glad I never got a call, because this is not an environment I would want to work in.

super cute clothing and accessories for stylilsh women. a little over priced though for the quality of the clothes, they are very cute but it does not seem like they will a long life in wardrobe. however, I did purchase a blouse from the clearance rack and I am looking forward to wearing it :)

ADORABLE CLOTHES - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have absolutely the cutest, trendiest clothes in the area. Only problem is, if you are big on having an "experience" while shopping, it isn't going to happen here! The girls working behind the counter (whom STAY behind the counter) act completely annoyed that you even had the audacity to walk through the door. A+ on apparel ... F on associates and management
