I dealt with Josh Hay in the service department and I can not say enough good things about his customer service, communication and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me. My F-150 was stollen and recovered with mostly interior damage. He worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. We had an issue getting new keys cut but he worked with Ford corporate for weeks trying to get it worked out... but made sure I had my truck back as soon as all the other work was completed. Everyone I dealt with there from the minute I pulled in the service department was friendly, helpful and professional. I will be back for future service needs.

Edit: I have spoken to Todd previously, it didn't help. Like I said, there has been a problem EVERY TIME I have brought my car in since my first purchase in 2012, whether it's no contact from service advisors, things not being completed (but written up that they were), or damage to my vehicle caused by staff that forced me to get FoMoCo involved to get resolved. I won't ever be back.I ended up buying my second new vehicle from Germain Ford in 2020 and was relatively happy with the purchase experience, but their service department is the same mess it has been since 2015. The last time I scheduled service was for an oil change and recall work. There were two recalls on my vehicle, I made them aware of this when I scheduled. They only checked one of the issues. What is the point of making an appointment for specific things (for a specific time no less) only to have the work not done and not done at the appointment time? I warned my sister against going to Germain for service on her vehicle but she had to learn the hard way. Avoid this place.

Returned to this dealership after a bad experience at Germain in Columbus - I will never go back. Horrifically long story short, a technician never even looked at my car the day of my appointment, and I had no communication from the service advisor for four days about the status of repairs. It wasn’t until I cc’ed the service manager that I got any response. They tried to blame the insurance company for not getting back to them, but I have documentation showing that was not the case. Additionally, they only ordered half the necessary parts in advance, so it was another three weeks until they could actually complete the repairs. They tried to tell me the repair would take two days; according to an industry contact I knew it was a four hour job. Lo and behold when I told them I would not leave the car overnight and I would be waiting in the dealership, the job was done in four hours.Gina was very pleasant. That is the only positive feedback I have. I will never come here again.

If you need work done, plan on them keeping your vehicle for weeks with no loaners.

From booking the appointment online to picking up the keys from the Quick Lane service advisors, Germaine Ford in Beavercreek has one of the most customer-friendly processes when it comes to servicing a vehicle. The staff is friendly and the waiting room has a comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend.

I dropped off early and was able to pickup and leave even before my scheduled appointment. Status updates by text and payment online make it easy. My only complaint is I usually have trouble tracking someone down to get my key and paperwork when I pick up. I always visit on Saturdays though so staff may be short.

I used them for a warranty claim several months ago. My 2020 Ford Fusion was making a lot of noise while on the road. It sounded like a wheel bearing to me. I am not a mechanic, that's why I reached out to the professionals.After having my car for a couple days, the service manager called and told me the mechanic could not hear anything wrong with my car. There was a mutual agreement for me to come drive the car with the mechanic.I arrived later that day and headed to my vehicle with the mechanic. One major red flag right from the start: they unplugged my dashcam and laid the adaptor in the floor. What would they need to hide that they didn't want on the dashcam? Why wouldn't they ask permission? I went back and reviewed the footage; they started my car to move it and immediately unplugged the camera.I got into the car with the mechanic and before we even left the parking lot he said "yeah, I hear that noise....."Why did I have to leave work to come prove this?He then asks me what I thought was wrong with the vehicle.....? I am not a mechanic, nor did I claim to be. I advised him I thought it sounded like a wheel bearing, but I could be wrong. He then asked me if I thought it was the front or the back?? Again, not my job?They replaced two wheel bearings on the front or back (I don't remember at this point) and called to tell me it was done. The sound of the vehicle was exactly the same when I picked up my vehicle. The same problem remained, which tells me no one even bothered to test drive the vehicle upon completion. I had already gone without a car for a week (they had no loaners), so I decided to keep driving my car for lack of time. No, I didn't talk to anyone, but shady business practices should be identified so other customers stand to not make the same mistake. I am now out of warranty, and still have a noisy car due to their lack of skill/care. Take your car somewhere else.

We purchased a 2007 Mustang Shelby gt500. Troy was great, and other employees made the purchase easy, they made us feel like they were glad to assist us. Felt like this dealer was our hometown dealer.
