In consistent with location policy. Had membership for nearly 3 years but Englewood, Riverside, amazing Beavercreek poor customer service and left with my car still wet and unacceptable. Canceled membership needless to say.

Just moved to the area and was looking for a new monthly service wash. This one was not optimal. The wash didn't even get the soapy water off my car and I have streaks everywhere now. My car was soaking wet after it finished so I don't think the dryer is working. And they have no spray or anything so you can clean the inside.

Great customer service.
But overall very disappointed in the wash.
My car is still pretty dirty.
If I’m paying $22 for a car wash I expect it to be sparkling when I drive off.
Instead I was very disappointed.
I say great customer service because they did let us run it again in the $22 wash.
But even after two $22 washes it’s still dirty.
We drove out of the way to go to the flying ace because I had gone to another location with the same level of dirty and drove out with it sparkling. So my hopes were very high.
Over all poor quality.

9/14/24 Update: I've had the Flying Ace Monthly plan since they opened this location and until now they've been great. (This ised to be a 5 star review) Went through yesterday and it made my car smell very bad and didn't get the bugs off the windshield.

Love going here I go 3-4 times a week great staff always wave and make me feel welcome i have never had an issue with the washes been a member for about 5 years ?

Wanted to upgrade to the ceramic wash plan. Guy running the computer inside said “ you have to do that online” pure laziness is what it sounds like.

UPDATE: I gave them another try and my review was correct, it has to be the worst car wash ive been to, i have a black car and it didnt even rinse the cloudy water off let alone blow it off dry. Go to one of the other locations.
I have the monthly "all you can wash" service and will go to whichever location im closest to at the time. This location is a lower experience compared to the other locations cleaning and drying wise. Maybe the drying fans arent positioned right? My wash wasnt up to par with the other locations.

I have had an unlimited Car Wash membership for years now, I am thoroughly pleased with how this car wash cleans my vehicle and the staff is fantastic and always eager to help.
