I came in the store tonight, Thursday December 7th, and the young guy working with floppy blonde hair was awesome LOL he suggested that I tried one of the Tyson menthol Vapes. (After I asked for a certain type of minty-o Mr fog) they didn't have the type I usually talk, and he suggested this one. And I definitely like it so much! I think floppy blonde hair deserves a raise because he's awesome. I would have went somewhere else to buy a vape if he hadn't suggested this one, and I liked it so much I'll probably keep coming back to your store to buy more.

Thank you Diamond smoke and vape shop for my most recent customer service experience I arrived right at 9:59 p.m.. at this time one minute before close I received some of the best customer service I received in quite a while at a retail establishment from a guy by the name of Josh thank you Josh for your great recommendations you've made me a loyal customer forever and I will tell everyone that diamond smoke and vape shop is the very best vape shop in all of the Dayton area thank you

They sold me a POS defective banger for rig. I purchased a Aleaf Spinner Kit X from them on 8/3/2023. I took it home and could not get it to "spin". The very next day 8/4/23 i go to the store and ask advice on how to use it (different employees). The 1 at store worked flawlessly (go figure). They told me since it had been used already that they could not exchange it even though it was thoroughly cleaned. I asked if they could just replace the bucket (NO). Their solutions to the problem was to offer me a discount on a new banger. Even with discount they are $35-40. Huge rip off needless to say, if you need nicotine vape stuff they are ok. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY OTHER NECESSITIES!!!!ps dont bother reaching out i shattered POS Banger due to utter disappointment, enjoy the 1 star review. Ill use Linden Ave Dollar Store or Centerville Smoke Shop from now on. Pass on Diamonds. Sucks cause its all in the same family

From the moment I walked in the gentleman behind the counter greeted me and asked if I needed help. I wasn’t to familiar with vapes so he walked me through all the brands and flavors till I found what suited me best, and they have a big selection. GREAT SERVICE!!

i cant believe how much of a selection this store has, i walked in and was met by everything i have ever seen smoking/vaping related that i have ever wanted, the staff is amazing and really cool and if they dont have a certain profuct you want, the owner does his best to track it down and order it specifically for you, these guys really understand customer service, this is the only place i will ever go, thanks guys!

I come from Texas and the smoke vape shops around here suck sketchy and smell awful, when I walked in to this one over a year ago it felt like I was back home, very clean organized and the staff is very knowledgeable about the products, labels, and latest stuff also very good prices. Than you diamond for setting that standard! I drive 45 min just to come to this shop. Thank you again !

BEST AROUND!!!! The staff is awesome. They are always so welcoming and friendly! Everyone I know that visits a smoke/vape shop says this is their favorite. Their customer service truly sets them apart from the rest! Plus the shop is always stocked with whatever I need plus some! You just can't beat it!!!

Great Staff picked up a Rig and some attachment staff preferred Rig setup Green Lime and a rick and morty setup. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMIMG , THE PRICES ARE GREAT AS WELL AS A WELL STOCKED ASSORTMENT OF EVERYTHING.
