“I went this location yesterday, and the check-out time was around 3:30pm.This was my first time visiting this location, and the customer service was great!They have lots of selections, so I was able to get what I was looking for.There were people had to wait for a little bit to get into the fitting room, but the staff with short light-brown hair, wearing glasses handled it smoothly. Also, this employee kindly assisted everyone to go to an empty room. ?It could've been better if they put a sign like "line starts here" or "do not enter this way" though. ?After I picked items I want, waited for check-out. There were 4 cashiers at the register, but they were busy with long line of waiting. One of then ended up call another cashier to come to the register.Then, this cashier lady's customer service was a top notch! Not only her kindness made me feel happy, but the beautiful smile and cute blue dress were plus as well! ?And the fun joke made my day. ??Thank you so much!”

“I came in today to make a return and the associate asked me right away if I needed to look for anything while I was there. Since I was making a return because of size, she offered to get the correct size for me since they had it in stock, and that I could try it on. “The sizes hear run small. I know that is a brand for teens but some things are true to size while others are not. I have found the jeans and shorts to be smaller, along with the dresses. I'm usually an xs but at Hollister I'm a small and sometimes a medium in certain things”
“Jakes Toggery is somewhere I always go to first when shopping for birthday or christmas presents and very high quality products! They have my favorite brands like Patagonia, Vineyard vines, YETI!!! and my absolute favorite Southern Shirt which is so soft I highly recommend. Employees are young but super welcoming and I feel as they are always kind enough to help with whatever and any questions I may have. If at the Greene or Liberty Center check it out!! I’ll certainly be going back.”

“I did same day delivery right and I payed an extra $26 for it and my order didn't come in the same day.They had like idk im bad at math but I ordered it on April 5 at 11:59 and it didn't come until April 6 at 12:03 and I live in India. I was so mad it didn't come in the same day and I expect a refund on my entire package including shipping, the same day delivery, the price of my order and 3 free shirts size small please.”
“The fitting rooms were packed when we went in, but a worker let us know we could buy dresses and return them if they don't fit in a certain amount of time. My girl found her perfect dress and we were out fairly quick! We'll be back for sure!”
“Because it is so far away from us (almost a 1 hour drive) we rarely go here. But choose to do so in order to bring in return items instead of sending them by mail.The employees greet you when you walk in which always makes you feel welcome, they always ask if you need help finding an item or what else they could help you with. So far we have always experienced kindness from this store and it is appreciated.The store does not carry the same items that are offered online but they make up for it by having a large variety of pieces.”
“TBH I only really came in because of the sale, but I couldn't be happier with the service here. The cashiers were very friendly, and answered all our questions. The dressing stalls were clean and well maintained. There were plenty of sizes in stock, and the vest I bought fits me very well and keeps me nice and toasty. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service here. 10/10 would recommend!”

“yeah, it's a little expensive, but - still think it's cool to have places like this that just kind of sell whatever and have a little bit of everything for everyone. the t-shirts are definitely worth the prices, they're a very soft and breathable cotton blend and the jewelry they have there is also pretty unique and fun. decent discounts on offer currently, i think i got about 40% off total from the store discount and their rewards thing. friendly staff, fun to chat with. shame it's so far from where i live lol”
