No refunds. No exchanges only within 14 days. Clothing was defective on THEIR part. Manager was not accommodating to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service at best. Date : 10/28 Time 5:30pm

Went in for a return, everyone was helpful and friendly! I was kind of nervous due to the reviews here but actually ended up getting some cute stuff while there too.

This store does not offer monetary return for any reason. Tried to return brand new items we bought a week ago with receipts and were only offered store credit. Hopefully you see this before shopping. I wish I would have.
