Amazing experience! The staff is so energetic and friendly, and they truly make the experience so amazing. I personally recommend everyone visit Build-A-Bear Workshop at least once, and I would go even further to say this location is the one you should go to!

I had a really great experience here with the employees, specifically. They were all really nice, but Carrie went above and beyond. Even reassuring me that crying inside the store happens very often! ? She was an angel and was very informative and sympathetic during my time there. The selection of bears and their accessories was nice too.

I have purchased items from here twice. It was a wonderful experience both times. It's an especially fun experience for kids. The employees are very friendly and do a great job.

The ladies here were all fantastic and very helpful. We were two adults wanting to relive our childhood and they didn't make us feel silly about that in any way. I ran into an issue with my card and the lady at the register was so patient and kind and made me feel very calm about what was going on. We were very happy their new holiday plushies were in stock. Great job everyone! Keep bringing smiles to people's faces!
