I love this Ulta location. The salon did a great balayage on my hair last year. Cassie from the benefit brow bar waxed my brows percent every time I go in. And products are also always in stock.

This Ulta... is usually very well stocked. Today's experience was just fine, browsing the aisles, finding items I don't need (but I have a 20% off anything coupon). I did want to ask an employee about any recommended tinted balms, but... 3-5 of them were standing around having a non-work related conversation for the entire time I was there (about 30 minutes). There were plenty of people in the store, and I didn't see anyone being assisted (besides the cashier who wasn't part of the group that was talking) - the cashier was definitely working. Ulta overall always hits around 3 stars for me. All of the stores I've visited don't seem to prioritize customer service... but, I love their inventory, and that's the only reason I keep going back.

I have loved using this brow bar for sometime now but I hated it was only available 3 days a week. I was elated to find out when I stopped in today that it is now open 7 days a week. Great! The was products used never irritate my really sensitive skin. Plus, wait for this...they cover my red skin with concealer so I can go straight back to work. Although you don't need an appointment you can call and get one. I hope you get Amanda she did a great job and was super patient when my little had to potty between eyebrows. Great service, great conversation and looking forward to coming back ANY day that works for me!
