I’m so happy with the service I received! I called from California to set up a “designers choice” bouquet for my Moms birthday who lives in Xenia. They put together a beautiful flower arrangement and delivered it to her. It made her day! Thank you!!

I ordered flowers 24 hours in advance and paid the extra money to have delivered rush before noon. Didn't deliver until 2:00 pm and definitely not what I ordered, unfortunately. Ill use another from now on. Was refunded some... But dang. ..It was meant to be a special present.

Delivered an excellent arrangement to my wife's school on time and I thought for what they delivered was reasonably priced. I selected the lowest "good" arrangement but no complaints here. You can see from the photo it looked great!

I stopped in here a week before Valentine's Day and asked if they could make a better flower arrangement than Kroger's. I was informed that they easily could, so I ordered and payed for two dozen arranged roses. I stopped in the afternoon of Valentine's Day, like I said I would. The order was messed up and I was told there was only a dozen roses so they needed a few minutes to fix it. What I got was hastily arranged and not good quality that lasted only a few days. I could have saved myself about eighty dollars and went with a better arrangement from Kroger's. Never ever use this place again.

My husband ordered flowers for a funeral and he was assured they would be delivered on time. He went to the service and no flowers - no phone call, nothing! He had to go to the store to ask for his money back because the service was over. The person behind the counter said “We ran out of flowers - we planned on calling you this afternoon.” Horrible customer service! We have been ordering from them for years - never again!

Are the flowers pretty? Yes. Is this worth the cost? Absolutely not. $57 for flowers that are literally falling out of this fish bowl they are in. Did not come in the vase shown on website, maybe that's part of the problem, but we will not be using this florist again.

Ordered an arrangement to send to someone, and it was the most hideous arrangement I’ve ever seen. I’m beyond embarrassed to have sent it. It was beyond tacky and I’m mortified.

I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. I met with Pam in the office in Feb 2023 for my Oct 2023 wedding & they were thrilled to do the flowers for my wedding. It took her over two months (April) of me asking for quotes before she responded with numbers and not another excuse. I sent multiple emails asking for a status and to finalize my order with no response. Then 33 DAYS before my wedding, I got an email stating Beavercreek Florist is no longer doing weddings. Untimely... unprofessional... and will discourage others from using this place going forward. Hopefully they remove weddings from their website & brides/event planners won't have to worry about not having orders complete for their major events.

Ordered anniversary flowers for my wife and they were never delivered. They said they received their order late. They never bothered to contact me to let me know. Ordered birthday flowers three weeks prior this and they were finally delivered after several phone calls. I will never order from them again.
