0 stars! This office has been nothing but awful since Dr Ryan passed. Always a new doctor when I go. Most recently made an appointment due to a medical issue that came up, scheduled online, received a voicemail the evening before my appointment letting me know the doctor I saw the last time wasn’t there anymore and the new doctors aren’t accepting new patients, so they cancelled my appointment. I waited a week on this appointment and now I’m back at square one. I’ve been a patient of record over 5 years here. You would think they would be a little more professional and try to keep their long standing patients. So now I’m in the search for another place.

This was a horrible experience for me. The receptionist and medical staff were very kind and professional. Dr. Cherry, however, was not. The first major red flag was when she listened to my chest and said “your lungs sound good. The guy I saw before you had horrible lungs and doesn’t take care of himself.” Why would that be okay to tell me that? She then went on to tell me about her stomach problems and how she takes a medicine because she’s passed out before and chipped a tooth. She told me this because there’s a medicine I’ve been on for years and she didn’t want to refill it because she said it’s not for as needed. But then she went on to say she takes that medicine as needed. I didn’t come to the doctor to hear about her health conditions or others. She was extremely rude and dismissive the whole time. I left feel unsupported and dismissed.

The office manager is rude and very unprofessional. Also someone in this office is pocketing cash co pays. Just a heads up since the last office manager left, this place is horrible. It’s no wonder every doctor and nurse practitioner that comes here leaves within a short time period.

So disappointing. After being with this practice several years, I can't recall one receptionist or nurse that wasn't rude. I don't leave reviews but something needs to change here. Please look elsewhere for a doctor

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have been a patient with Dr. Cherry long before she moved to this practice. I have no complaints about her; however, due to the incompetence of the office staff, the lies they have told me in answer to my questions, and just being downright rude, I have given up what was a long and trusting relationship with my physician. While I do not blame my now former physician, it is the responsibility of the medical team and leadership to ensure that their patients are being treated respectfully and given high quality service. Save yourself time and grief by going elsewhere.In reference to the response to my review, this was not my only issue. There were multiple issues over a period of two years. I also find it interesting that they find a need to address or respond to my negative review when no response was given to other negative reviews. The initial response also included a HIPPA violation which was corrected upon my calling and providing the opportunity to correct before filing a federal complaint. This speaks to the incompetence of the administrative staff. I possess a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration, therefore I am qualified to make such a judgment of this entity.

If you have the opportunity to be treated elsewhere do it. Especially local military, get referred elsewhere. If you go here you'll be treated with the same disrespect you're used to with military docs. Avoid this place at all costs.

To begin, I think Josephine Adams is fantastic. However, the front office sucks. The latest example is, I called to make an appointment for FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2nd. I confirmed, that my appointment was FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2nd. I showed up, on FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 2nd, and was told my appointment was Friday, September 9th. And the clincher is, when I initially made my appointment, I was in the q, at number one, for close to 20 minutes.

Have been using Beavercreek Commons as a Family Practice for around two years now and will not be returning. The biggest issue is with the front office staff. Whatever questions or issues I have had big or small I get spoken down to and a lot of attitude, even though I am generally an extremely reasonable person, I am always spoken to like I am a child or making outlandish requests when I am asking for information, without making any demands or anything.Dr Collins has been great, but it has been very clear in my last few appointments that there just isn't enough time for me to be heard. My last appointment I talked for about 5 minutes about 3 or so issues I was there for. He was typing something up then looked up and said he hadn't heard anything I was saying, and needed me to repeat. As I was going back through everything an administrator or nurse popped in to let him know he needed to keep moving. He addressed one of my three concerns and then left.I don't really hold this against Dr. Collins it just seems like he was being rushed between patients without enough time to actually help.I don't feel valued as a patient/person here and won't be returning.

Dont see andrea malson. One of the worst healthcare practitioners I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. As a fellow healthcare worker Im completely appalled by her demeanor. If you're looking to be disrespected and demeaned by all means see her.

This is one of the worst practices. The front office staff is less than friendly. I've seen two of the Dr.'s there and they are HORRIBLE. One was very judgmental and the other just had no clue about anything, as he had just gotten his degree. I was falsely accused of something specific & that was the icing on the cake. ZERO stars

Video conference exams do not get the job done in all instances. The covid rules currently in place limit the office from providing adequate care. And the lady on the phone sounded annoyed having to talk to me. There are plenty of other Dr.'s offices and urgent care offices to be seen at. I will not be coming back.

First and foremost, I give William Collins, FNPC 5 stars. I have always had great, compassionate care from him. The office staff on the other hand needs to work on their bed side manner. When you call, you are always met with an attitude. They are not friendly at all. Most of the time, your questions are met with a heavy breath like you are putting them out. I find it really disrespectful.Thankfully, I don't have to be seen very often but feel bad for those that do.
