I am soo incredibly disappointed with my experience here!! Firstly, I was a walk-in and after waiting for 10 mins, I asked how much longer they think it would be because if it’ll be a while I can run a quick errand across the street. The man told me come back in 30 minutes. I returned when he requested I return and I had to wait another 15 minutes. It took me 2 full hours from the moment I walked in to finally paying and leaving for a fill-in acrylic manicure (~45 minute service). Then I was charged an extra fee for “trim-down nails” what?? I’ve been getting my nails done for decades and have never heard of it. Why am I paying $42 for a manicure service if they are charging me for trimming my nail down a half a centimeter? Overall, they were very unprofessional, and petty with charges ($15 additional design fee to add chrome powder finish). The only reason they get 2 stars is because the nail tech that I’ve seen twice now does a decent job.

I called 2+ months ago to make an appointment for 11 people. I was told that was no problem. They took my name, number, and requested services. Thank goodness I called a week ahead to confirm my appointment because they had NO record of it. I even checked my call log, I did call the right location. So, I asked the lady on the phone (who never apologized) if she could see if they have room. She told me she would check with her manager and get back to me. NEVER received a call back. Sorry, but you lost the business of 11 customers, and anyone who comes to me needing a nail recommendation. Made an appointment AT EAST with Luminious nails just down the street.

Great service with competitive pricing! You can't get a bad tech. Friendly, personable team that is led by the owners. Is it 5 o'clock somewhere? Ask for a glass of wine!

I usually only take time to write positives, but I don’t want anyone else to have this experience. The biggest concern I have is the top setting coat smells like fungus/dirty toes (I work as a nurse and the smell is distinct). I discussed the shape of my nails with the technician and requested her to fix the sharp angled nails multiple times. After being there for over two hours for a mani/pedi I decided to cut my losses and leave. I paid over $153 for something I’ll have to get removed at another salon. I am very disappointed and will not be back

I scheduled an appointment in advance to have my nails done with acrylic.
I scheduled a time because I know acrylic isn’t as popular now days and I had a short window of time. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes. I asked how much longer since I had an appointment and had already waited. The receptionist said oh sorry, it’s just that there are only a couple people that do acrylic and they’re with other clients. I said, yea that’s why I called earlier today and scheduled an appointment I have limited time and didn’t want to take a chance on having to wait. All she had for me was to wait another 30 minutes or schedule for the next day… absolutely ridiculous! I mean, why make an appointment if I still have to wait almost an hour? I called another salon 5 min
away and they not only got me right in, they did my nails and pedicure at the same time! Made me feel special and frankly did a much higher quality job for the same cost. I will not be spending my hard earned money at an establishment that obviously doesn’t appreciate their clients. Very unprofessional-do not recommend…

I went for a spur of the moment pedicure. I opted for the basic pedicure. It should have included a massage. It was very rushed and no massage. I have been many times in the past with good experiences. Unfortunately, this was not one of those good experiences.

I needed a pedicure bc I just had surgery and can not bend over. The pedicure was lovely. The nail tech always checked if the water was too hot or if I needed anything while she did her work. This is always my go-to place for mani and pedis.

This is by far the best place I’ve ever gotten my nails done in Dayton and rivals my experiences in LA. Always a great job. I leave disappointed anywhere else I go and I’ve learned my lesson to always go here, not anywhere closer to home. Recommend David.Services: Nail extensions

Very disappointed! Probably one of the worst pedicures I've had from them. The polish was all separated looking. She didn't even shake the polish. She forgot the second color coat on the one foot. After being reminded she caked it on and then it looked all lumpy. And then she quickly moved on to the next person!

I've been going here for two years. I've never had a problem until yesterday. The lady at the last station insisted I get ombre. I told her I just wanted a French. She showed me and she asked if I liked it. It was ombre! I told her no and showed her the same picture I did before she started working on my nails. She sighed and told me I would have to soak my hand again because it's dip powder. Then she did my other hand. When she showed me, the white part of the French was so thin and tiny and I could barely tell it was a French manicure. I asked her to put more white on, she sighed again, told me it was getting late (there was still an hour and a half before close) and she told me she's giving me to someone else because I was too difficult. She was incredibly nasty. I'll never be back.

Second time going and I have never had my nails stay as good as these have (dip).
