“Branch Manager, Amy, is one of the most competent people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in a customer service setting. My husband and I needed help with a mortgage issue, went in and explained it to her once (it was quite complicated so I was expecting to have to explain multiple times to multiple people) and she understood everything right away. She made a phone call on our behalf and sorted out every single concern we had. She didn’t give up until our issue was resolved and even followed up with us to make sure we saw that it had all been taken care of. Amazing customer service and we felt so relieved by the end of the interaction. Thank you, Amy!!”

They're lovely, informative, and patient. When setting up additional accounts, managing fraud alerts, and asking potentially dumb questions, I have nothing but good things to say.”

“This is my "go to" store for specific items and the prices are great. I buy their olive oil, nuts, cheeses, and frozen fish. The store is clean and organized. I also always fill up the tank with gas as the price is usually good. They have a very liberal return policy. The prices for prescription drugs are great too. The pharmacist is always willing to check to insure I am getting the best price. I often pick up a cooked chicken as well because there is so much you can do with it at home.”
“I had to stop by the branch because I had a few things that need to be done, depositing a check to my escrow company, submitting a business form, and get some documents notarized for me and my tenant. The first two tasks were done quickly and smoothly. However, I noticed that I forgot to print out a couple documents for the notary, associate Courtney Tackett was kind enough to print out those forms for me and notarized them. She was patient, funny and knowledgeable. She made the whole transaction so pleasant. She saved me so much time and hassle having to drive to many different places and making many phone calls to get things done. Cannot say good enough things about her.”
