Also they just did a complete brake job on my girl friends Chevy Malibu. They got it done the day we dropped it off and the work is done wonderfully. “I called at 11:37am after finding a nail in my truck tire. They said they could get me in at 1:30pm. I showed up at 1:10pm as my commute and lunch pick up went faster than I thought it would. Truck was taken in immediately. They found a screw that had only penetrated the tread only. They also checked the other tires and found metal debris in the tread of one of the other tires. No charge.”
“I had a great experience working with Germain Honda. I had a certain price I wanted to spend on a specific vehicle and the sales department worked with me over email as I requested and didn't push me. We finally agreed upon a price and the process from there was smooth and fairly quick. All in all I spent maybe 2 hours at the dealership between test driving the car, applying for financing, agreeing upon a price for my trade in, and signing all the necessary documents. Shout out to the sales manager Amanda for working with me via email and to Dominick for helping with the whole process in person! We are so happy with our new vehicle!”

“I dealt with Josh Hay in the service department and I can not say enough good things about his customer service, communication and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of for me. My F-150 was stollen and recovered with mostly interior damage. He worked with the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing was overlooked. We had an issue getting new keys cut but he worked with Ford corporate for weeks trying to get it worked out... but made sure I had my truck back as soon as all the other work was completed. Everyone I dealt with there from the minute I pulled in the service department was friendly, helpful and professional. I will be back for future service needs.”

“Had another great experience at the dealership. After i totaled my car within a month i had to buy another one. Abel from dealership was fantastic as usual. He helped me another car asap. He kept me informed and the best part is that he is always responsive. Great customer service again. The only thing that i didn't like was that Mazda did not give me a loyalty credit because i had the accident before i could register the car. I still paid off the car. I think that is pretty stupid of mazda and lack of customer service on their part. Abel did go above and beyond in making the calls for me to get the credit so shame on mazda usa.
