Bought 2 new phones, one wouldn't start download of the software process at home, called Apple support, apple support told me to go to the apple store, so I did, guy told me I needed an appointment, made an appointment for an hour and a half later, for the tech to plug my phone in and walk away for me to do the rest of the set up. If my phone just needed a computer boost to set up, why did I need to drive a half hour to the apple store.... 0 stars if I could. On top of when I tried to call the apple store and it's all automated and they want to text a phone that I didn't have access for calls or texts on.

Absolutely terrible experience here today trying to get a phone battery fixed. First, the sales associate gave an incorrect quote of $89 unbeknownst to me. After we came back a couple hours later to pick it up and waited around, they finally told me they broke the screen during the repair. Then I had to wait for that issue to be fixed, and oh by the way, it’ll be $349 for a replacement phone. Absolute nonsense because of their own misquote and mistakes already made during their initial repair or inspection. Managers on duty were so rude and unhelpful. Basically told us our only option is to call the 1800 Apple number for anything else. Asked for an appointment or to speak with another mgr but was told that’s not possible. And was told there’s no way to report all of these issues we experienced today locally. Only option is to call Apple. What is the point of these local Apple stores if the sales associates are incompetent and the managers don’t want to work in customer service. Complete incompetence tonight.

This place is awesome..Went in to help with my father's iPhone. The tech desk blew me away. I have never seen this level of help with my Samsung phones. Plus all the cases and extra stuff for phones. I may just have to jump over to iPhone next time.

Just bought a new MacBook after 11 years with my old one and had the best experience with Jake! Thanks so much for making the process fun, easy, and informative! Apple is lucky to have you as an employee.

A helpful gentleman greeted me upon entry. It felt old-worldly charming and warm. He directed me to another knowledgeable floor staffer that helped me choose the charging cables and accessories I needed. I was in and out in a few minutes without an appointment. This Apple Store is uber efficient!

I went in to fix my phone and they were quick to tell me that I would need to pay for a new phone because mine was broken. That was fine and I paid for it to be fixed. What then happened next was the associate asked me if I was comfortable wiping the data once I got home. I said yes and then he proceeded to take it upon himself to give me my new phone and then wipe my old one right in front of me. The issue with this is my Apple ID. In order to verify the new device, I would need a text sent to the old device which I can no longer access. On top of that, all of my verification apps were on my old phone which I can no longer access. My entire life is tied up into my phone and because of the associate wiping my old phone, I have not been able to gain access to my apple ID and am being told that I will have to wait until Apple feels comfortable to allow me to verify myself before I can even attempt to access anything that I used to have on my phone. Terrible customer service, not to mention that I couldn't use my maps because I had to have an Apple ID so I had to pull up maps on my Garmin watch to get home. He also improperly installed the SD card so I couldn't even call anyone to let them know where I was at. I discovered this later once I got home and had to fix it myself. I've never had an issue with Apple before but this was absolute atrocious. I am having to reset my life and my work because of the fault of one person who could have just assisted me and not acted like I was an inconvenience.

I was in on Saturday and Parker was very helpful! My iPhone 7 was stuck on black screen with Apple logo. Parker was able to help reset phone and have iCloud back it up. He gave me updates on how my phone was doing during process and gave lots of reassurance that was definitely needed and appreciated!- Jordyn

Had difficulties opening the Apple Watch to change the batteries. The sales clerk in just a few seconds got it open for me so I could change out the battery. Thank you to that young man.

A nice man was very patient with me in helping me set up a new Apple ID. He tried his best to help me get into my old one, but it didn’t quite work (to no fault of his own). I’m not even sure if it’s his job to help customers do stuff like that, but I appreciate him. I don’t quite remember his name, but it definitely started with an m. I don’t really know. But my guy “M” deserves a raise.

MacBook Pro screen wasn’t working, I brought it to the store where ABDU told me that screen needs to be replaced for $500 without running diagnostics and above all I will lose all my data since he needs to boot the computer . I was keep on asking him for troubleshooting but he kept on telling there is nothing possible and that’s the only solution available. Next day across the street I brought it to GEMCITY Digital and they fixed the screen issue for $33 in an hour and all my data is there. Guys stay away from them, they just make guesses and don’t know what to do.
