Absolutely terrible. The shop received the car by appointment on a Thursday. They didn't run a diagnostic until Saturday. AAA continued to have the car until the following Friday before they said they needed to send it to a dealer. We had to constantly call them to hear updates. They never called us ONCE!!!! Not even when they decided they couldn't fix it. It's not like it's an exotic... it was a GMC yukon for crying out loud. Horrible communication and service. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

I had a terrible experience with AAA Auto Service at 3870 Kemp Rd, Dayton, OH. I brought my 2014 Ford Focus in for an AC issue where the system was only blowing hot air. After a proper diagnosis at a different service center, it was confirmed that the condenser needed to be replaced. Following advice from my insurance provider (CarShield), I took my car to AAA, hoping for a thorough repair.
However, despite my daily follow-ups, AAA simply recharged the AC with Freon and did not address the root cause—the condenser issue. They charged me $368 for this service, which was completely unnecessary and failed to solve the problem. When I returned to the service center to explain the situation and request a refund, I was only refunded $213, which is still far less than what I paid. The diagnostic report they provided was essentially useless, and I was left with the same issue that I originally came in for.
The lack of communication, poor service, and ineffective repair were extremely frustrating. I am still requesting a full refund and urge others to be cautious when choosing this service center.

Used them for years and recently they got new management, the new management is horrible. I dropped wheels and tires off for a simple mount and balance and Dustin told me they won’t mount them since I didn’t buy them there. I explained I always use them for this so he said I can leave them and the other manager would be in the next day and could determine if they would do the work. The next day I call up and mark tells me there already done. I’m unable to get there until 5pm and need them for a car show the next day. I go to pick them up and mark tells me they didn’t know I needed them today and never did them. I took my stuff next door to Jamie’s tire and they had them done in 30 minutes! I’ll use them for now on.

My 1995 Mitsubishi 3000gt Vr4 broke down and as I am a "Premier Member" of Triple A, I decided to tow my car to this location (Kemp Rd). Upon my car and I arriving, I was told by a member who I assume was a manager or someone that overlooked the place that my car would not be worked on for at least 2 weeks due to the amount of cars on the lot, and because the mechanic was going on vacation the following week. I was fine with this as I trusted Triple A then. A week later I decided to call Triple A, and I asked them if I need to take my car somewhere else. The same person I talked to the day my car broke down assured me that no I would not need to take my car anywhere else, and that in a weeks time it will be worked on because the mechanic will return from his vacation. Another week passes by, (my car has been sitting for 2 weeks now) and no phone call. Days and days pass by with no phone call, or any sort of updates regarding my car. Because I love my car and I appreciate it I always keep a tarp on it due to the weather conditions in Ohio. And because of how close I live to Triple A on Kemp Rd, I pass by the shop every day on my way to work. In total I waited over THREE WEEKS (22-23 days) passing by my car EVERY DAY and the tarp or car was NEVER TOUCHED NOR MOVED IN OVER 3 WEEKS, with no response in the form of a phone call, email or a mailed letter saying my car would be delayed or not worked on like the estimate that I was told I was forced to take my business elsewhere. I eventually decided on the 23rd day of the car sitting in the lot to take my car to John Pierce which is far more repituable, and after having my car on their lot for a little over 24 hours, they have given me a call, ordered my parts, and have promised me a time that it will be back in my hands. Triple A on Kemp Rd, is a time waster, they will disrespect you and your car, treat you like scum and lie to your face. I wish I couldve gotten the Boss mans name, but look out for the bald, tall, lightskin fella as he is bad mojo and will lie to you.

We were towed to Beavercreek AAA service center after we broke down on our trip from Texas to Canada. Our repair experience with them was beyond exceptional – BEST we’ve EVER had with a business – no exaggeration! They are professional, honest, respectful, and knowledgeable. Special shoutout to Ronnie the mechanic and we are super grateful to management and all staff for getting us back on the road. Highly recommended!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Was sent there by advantage car and credit (first mistake buying a car from there) because timing chain and everything with it went bad. First time being in it cost $2200. They had it two days and said it was all done. Go pick it up and everything seemed fine. A month goes by and my car is loosing oil bad, check engine light is on with multiple codes all have to do with the timing. Come to find out they rushed the first job didn't even replace everything like I paid for and did a botch job on sealing the timing cover. Advantage sent it back. They had the car a few days this time. My husband picked it up and was told by one of the mechanics they fixed it and cleared the codes. Not even ten minutes after leaving the check engine light comes right back on for the same codes they were suppose to fix. I called advantage the next day as it was already after hours told them what was going on again. He made a call into the shop and it turns out they did not properly fix anything any of the times my car was in the shop. Advantage sent my car back there because they were going to do the job the right way because I already paid for everything. Two weeks later I get the car back. As it was running fine they did leave the gasket glue and oil all over the front of my car and there were scratches on the front passenger fender that weren't there before. Car ran fine for a few months until yesterday. Car started acting up and ended up not wanting to start. My husband crawled under the car to check the starter and found recently applied JB weld holding wires into the starter. This is right were they were messing with the timing. We know this wasn't there when I first got the car because my husband did a look over everything underneath and no jb weld. So I'm taking a wild guess and thinking when the mechanic was doing the timing he also broke this part of my starter and did a quick fix and didn't tell anyone. I'm trying to get in contact with customer care at advantage because they are going to send this car somewhere else to fix AAA's botched screw ups.

As a former employee I can say hands down some of the worst management. Constantly lied to I was shown a made-up email to trick me about getting a raise. They're only worried about their bonuses no matter what the cost to the employees. The head manager and district manager know absolutely nothing about cars. And you wonder why you see new faces in there all the time. Go to Jamie's right behind them

Brought the car in for repairs, car wouldnt move. They say its the rear brakes causing the problem so we go through with the repairs. Rear brakes and New battery is 950 bucks. I leave the repair shop, my brake pedal hits the floor and barely stops me with a loud grinding sound .I return to the shop, now they say its the front brakes. Another 300 dollars for the parts.. okay thats fine. I leave the shop again, the same grinding noise... nearly 1400 dollars and my car is still messed up. I dont even want to return to the shop to have them fix what they messed up because I dont trust them. Seriously dangerous mistakes being made twice in a row. Dont try and save face by commenting on this review... we tried that. If you need repairs on your car.. dont bring it here. Horrible corrupt business making prey of hard working people.

My girlfriend took her car in because it wouldnt move when gas was applied, I thought it would be a wheel bearing issue or an emergency brake issue. They ended up replacing the brake drums in the rear, and saying that my battery was bad, also replacing that. (for 250 dollars) My battery was not bad. car started just fine when they towed it. After all the repairs, driving home, the brake pedal hits the floor, barely stopping the car, and leaving crazy grinding sound. We return to get everything sorted out. They say the front brakes are now bad... They were working just fine before we brought it to you. Now another 250 dollars for parts. Driving home, Grinding sound still there... Im done with this place... out 1400 dollars.... and the car is still messed up.. I heard workers complaining about how short staffed they were and talking about quitting. This is not cool, you put our lives in danger, not once, but twice, and the second time with a promise it would be fixed as i walked out the door. And dont try and save face by commenting and saying you will fix the issue, we tried that. If i had the money I would sue you

I've taken cars to various garages around the area, but this place has become the only one I use. They check your car, tell you exactly what is wrong, and what they suggest doing to fix it, then perform exactly what they said they would do, for the upfront, stated costThey are honest, professional, accurate, fast, and friendly. Most recently, they replaced the engine in my 18 yr old Honda. Work was efficient, pricing was accurate, and the car runs like new.An excellent place to care for your vehicles.

I have been using this shop for decades, through the change to AAA and they have always delivered. They are easy to work with and do only what is necessary. Thanks Mark for your kindness today for my son.
