Very pleased with the gym. Clean. Spacious. Equipment is kept in excellent condition. Safe location with plenty of parking. 24/7 accessibility is very nice.

Great place to workout! Convenient location and hours (24/7) . Very clean, spacious and the equipment is very nice. You can also bring your own fitness coach free of charge. As a personal trainer, I would highly recommend this facility to put your workout regimen into action.

Small, quiet and clean gym. My husband and I have gone daily for nearly two weeks now and this gym has everything we need for our fitness needs. Facilities are clean and equipment works fine. Owner communicates fairly quickly and we have seen several people from our community working out there happily. Thank you for the affordable membership and love the location.

24-7 Gym and Fitness has consistently been a positive experience for me over the past year. The renovated location is very clean, regularly maintained, spacious, and never too crowded even at "peak" hours.

Equipment is not well maintained. Most of the machines need greased or whatever makes them glide without catching. Free weight area is super tiny. Need better machines or remove machines and focus on bigger free weight area. Beware of cancellation policy and make sure you understand it before signing up. Like most gyms there is fine print you should read like how the annual fee works. Could be a nice little gym, but it isn't.

Very small, no changing room. Has only 3 ellipticals.. and there is always someone on the treadmills!

The equipment isn’t maintained very well, if at all.The owner also likes to point out all of your account delinquencies in front of the entire gym (whether payment is late, entry card isn’t working, need to update an address). He will approach you about it and about the most unprofessional way you possibly can. Would not recommend as the 3 months I have went it does not seem like any of the members know how to safely operate any of the equipment either!

Terrible equipment maintenance and customer service. Owner doesn't seem to know how to "train" as each client and him seemed to flirt and just talk the whole time. Owner is creepy and will harass you and demean you in front of the entire gym. Save your money and time and go elsewhere. Worst gym I've been to in 3 years.Edit: after cancelling my membership in time to NOT be charged for another month, the owner waited almost a week to respond so he could charge me for another month. Skip this gym. Do yourself a service. Owner is a scammer and terrible business owner.

I am extremely pleased with John’s leadership for my exercise. He always approaches his work in a kind, thoughtful and methodical way. He is careful and conscientious. I believe he has great skills to be a trainer.John is very easy to follow in training, because of his great personality and ability to comfortably interact with others.I have found John to be a very bright, highly motivated, and focused trainer.

Overall a good gym. Equipment is maintained well and the facility cleaning is acceptable. The variety of equipment is good for the gyms size.

Seems like a alright gym, 24/7 decent equipment and free weights. Alright price arguably high for the amount of equipment and space that there is except that there is a $10 fee to get your card to swipe in, a $70 annual fee charged on the third month and the worst part was when I tried to cancel because I moved away to college, they said I needed a 30 day notice which is clearly a way to get more money out of gym goers, after they say you can cancel at any time. They said they would waive the cancellation month if I provided 2 forms of verification of my address, my bank doesn’t even require that much verification to cancel. If I could have I would have not signed up for this extremely expensive gym with limited equipment whose goal is to take the most amount of money from people.
