quite literally the worst store location ever. can never find an employee anywhere and once you do find someone, they’re miserable, incredibly rude, and make you wait around forever. it’s been like this ever since this location opened in beachwood.

Horrible service. I order from them all the time, and on my last $500 order wanted to return one item. I just missed their 30 day window by 2 days, and they refused to even offer store credit. Service agents were very rude. Won’t be returning.

cute clothes it’s a shame the employees are BEYOND RUDE, short, moody, non helpful. idk if it’s the vibe they’re going for but it’s actually repulsive, especially for the amount of merchandise i’m buying. girl in children’s just stared at me for 5 minutes before telling me to go to deff department to check out, when i said well that would’ve been helpful 5 minutes ago she yelling at me through store to start a confrontation or something? like she was going to get into an altercation with me in the middle of the store? not sure what they have going on but it’s a mess and i will not be shopping at this location again. rude rude rude very inappropriate

I went to Zara had like $2300 of merchandise in my hand. They told me to go downstairs to try it on. Went downstairs, dressing rooms closed. They told me to use the ones in the children’s section, also closed. Then they told me they would open one for me back up in women’s. Went up there they said sorry they’re all closed…

awful people work here. some guy chimed in who was a manager from another location told us to leave. there was NO one working returns in mens. this Poorly dressed and even worse hair person was so rude my spouse walked out. All i will say is that Saks madeout with our $ never going to get near a Zara. Shame on you.

I’ve been shopping at this location for years but I just can’t anymore. I’ll premise this by saying I worked retail for years and own a retail business. As a result I’m usually extremely patient and give people the benefit of the doubt. That being said, I can’t anymore for this location. The past several times I’ve been there were some of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The store is always a wreck, seriously a complete mess. The employees aren’t friendly and slower than the DMV. It’s next level slow. They close fitting rooms sometimes halfway through the day because they work so slow they can’t keep up with cleaning them. The last visit I was there 5hrs before close and there was a line part way through the store for the only open fitting room and yet there was an employee with a stack of clothes that just cut everyone and said to their coworker “I’m gonna try all these on” just for fun. I don’t live near this store so when I come up it’s incredibly frustrating that half the times I can’t try things on and just have to buy and try at home and come back to return. I’ve started shopping at other stores instead because the overall experience just isn’t worth it anymore.

They were avoiding customers, didn’t have a name tag, and had headphones in… They said they close fitting rooms at 4 but are open until 6. I’m not sure how this rundown place stays in business.

Store is a mess. Workers are rude. Fitting rooms closed. When I asked if the fitting rooms are open they looked at me like I was weird for even asking and simply said “No.” Assuming only the fitting rooms I pointed to when asking were closed, I asked if other fitting rooms in the store are open. Answer: No. Please don’t make me feel like my question was weird. You’re a clothing retailer. If I wanted to not try clothes on, I would just shop online. Pull the plug on this location please, it’s doing your brand a disservice.

TERRIBLE experience with staff! They don't care about customers or their jobs. All registers closed and zero assistance given and when I finally got an employee's attention I was told to wait.

Really bad experience.. there was only one cashier in the whole store working .. the associates did not care to help, and the manager was very rude… Seems like everyone that works there is miserable and clearly don’t want to be there.. lines were outrages. First and last time spending my money here.

I’ve always loved Zara for its class and inexpensive goods. This location has definitely seen better days, especially when they first opened. The photos will back up all the previous reviews. They just need new management and more workers. Not very hard.

They just need new management and more workers. Not very hard to do. They need to clean up the place and make it more desirable to shop at! Clothing piles EVERYWHERE. There’s no room to change in the fitting rooms even. This location has definitely seen better days!

Went in today 3/2/2023 @ around 11:00 am light skin guy at register with suit on never greeted me as I walked up to the register. Never spoke a word when he handed me my bag he just looked at me stupidly. PLEASE DO BETTER!!!! Hire people that want to work and not stand there and think they look to good to greet customers. The store is only as good as the people hired to represent it. Customer service is really low. I will not shop here again unless customer service is improved tremendously!!!
