how are you expected to buy clothes if the fitting rooms are always closed. The excuse is they’re always understaffed. this is not an online store. People come here so they can try clothes on before they buy them. Either close the store or have enough staff to keep the fitting rooms open.

Only one cashier was working, and the line was extremely long. I waited for quite some time but still couldn’t purchase my items. I had no choice but to leave them and walk away. Because of this experience, I’m giving the store the lowest rating.
