I just spent $400 and felt ZERO customer appreciation or quality nice shopping retail experience. this store is SO gross and messy, there was a line to check out with 20 people in it, it felt like i was in line for security at an airport. i am not sure why Zara just ignore this? Never been to a Zara so poorly managed and staffed. 3 Workers for the entire store including Men’s, Women’s and Kids. Clothes everywhere, hangers on the ground, feels like you are in a looted store. They should just close this store and not put a stain on Zara brand.

Waiting for the store to open back up after the tornado warning and they taking all day . Every other store is open talking about safety the warning was until 5pm . Do some work
