quite literally the worst store location ever. can never find an employee anywhere and once you do find someone, they’re miserable, incredibly rude, and make you wait around forever. it’s been like this ever since this location opened in beachwood.

Horrible service. I order from them all the time, and on my last $500 order wanted to return one item. I just missed their 30 day window by 2 days, and they refused to even offer store credit. Service agents were very rude. Won’t be returning.

I went to Zara had like $2300 of merchandise in my hand. They told me to go downstairs to try it on. Went downstairs, dressing rooms closed.
