I shop here often. The Caucasian lady with the blonde short hair is really nice! But other employees are rude. African American girl with brown hair wearing a scarf, didn’t even say hello, make eye contact or say anything when i was at the register. When the transaction ended I had to ask was she finished because she just turned around and began putting the clothes away. She had a bad attitude and clearly didn’t want to be bothered today .

Rude managers, refused to do price adjustment with receipt for a coupon I forgot to bring in when I purchased my items. As a retail employee this makes 0 sense, I know that companies should honor adjustments made with receipt.

The employees are always so kind and helpful ! There was a new older woman working last time i was there i believe her name was Mary , she was very annoying and followed us around . I told one of the managers about it, hopefully it’s fixed for the next time i come and she’s trained properly . I love the employees so much !

the associates were amazing but the music choice was horrible. it does not draw me into shopping there.. makes me want to fall asleep. music does not match the vibe of the store.

We had the most disrespectful service at this Windsor store in mall. An employee kept following us around. After we had tried a couple of clothes on that same employee told us to fold it and put it back in the place. We refused and left that disrespect place. They should start respecting people of all races. Get a nice employee who is polite and have a good attitude. Never coming back .

Donovan was such an amazing help! The best customer service I had gotten in the entire mall. A males opinion is so useful in a female store! Definitely will be back because of him!

This store is not for African American girls with curves etc, it’s very white sized and based tried on everything couldn’t fit anything and only found 1 large out of everything in the store all small sizes in everything

Brought my sister here to try on homecoming dresses and the fitting rooms were closed ! Couldn’t even offer me a tape measure. I asked why the rooms were closed , she said because they were short staffed. Why even open a store if you don’t have employees??
