The store was very clean, the employees I interacted with were super helpful, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The male employee that helped me gave me honest opinions about which glasses fit my face and was very kind about it. Just an overall nice experience!

I decided to stop in to check out options at Warby Parker after looking at a few selections online. My daughter needed glasses, and she preferred to try on in person (especially since her eyes were dilated and she couldn't look at screens). We were so warmly greeted when we walked in by a very nice young man (Nicholas, maybe?), and he helped us find the appropriate size frame for my daughter, giving us some information about the process. We also were assisted by another young person, and made our final selections with a gentleman who made sure we had the absolute best fit of frames. It was stress-free, and simple. The prices are remarkable, as well! Will definitely return!

Absolutely LOVE Warby Parker. I’ve been a customer long before the store existed at Pinecrest, and while customer service is top notch online, the employees in the store are even better. They are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, that I look forward to going to the warby parker store to shop for new glasses.
The app/website is great too, if you prefer to shop and use their virtual try on, but even someone as introverted as me, I love going to the Warby Parker store. They adjust your Warby glasses for free too!

My experience was extremely positive.
I was welcomed into the store warmly and was able to see the glasses I had liked in the virtual try-on.
I liked the frames, gave the optician my prescription, and the order was placed. It was a very easy process…and I love my new glasses!

I received amazing customer service at this store today! The first woman who helped me walked me through different frames and what colors/styles best suited my face shape and complexion. Then, the woman who helped me check out was up front with pricing and helpful in ordering my glasses through my ophthalmologist office since I didn’t have my prescription on hand. 10/10 will always go back to Warby Parker and this location when possible!

Very friendly staff. The glasses can be a bit weak in construction (seen to start breaking after only one year, even with multiple pairs in rotation) but that’s not their fault.

Much more affordable ($145 out of pocket for prescription glasses) versus going through traditional eye doctor. Also it's a more modern process which makes the shopping and buying process much more efficient. Friendly and competent staff, and your purchase will be delivered to your home. Win Win Win

I had a lovely experience at this Warby Parker location today. Nathan greeted me immediately and helped me with picking out frames. Hilary then jumped in to help as well. I am very glad I decided to pop into this store after work. I have already recommended this location to others!

Very helpful and very knowledgeable. We were very impressed with it all and especially the great friendly and helpful service you all offer. I bought 2 pairs as they had a special going.
We didn't know we had insurance that covered our glasses and she found it. It was a big help with paying for my glasses.
We went to Beachwood and had a tough time but lucked out by calling for the address as our GPS didn't give the street. We got off on Harvard rd and it's on Orange street. That was my only gripe. Now we know!!!
We thank you and look forward to getting my new glasses with everything I need.

Start to finish.. we came in near closing and I never once felt rushed or that they didn’t have time for me… took their time to take extra measurements and browse different frames even though they were about to close- excellent customer service and selection, felt the experience was personalized and got a great deal on two pairs of prescription glasses!
