I had my appointment back in the beginning of May and still haven’t been able to order contacts, even though it’s now June. I’ve called various times requesting to order contacts, each time I either get told we will call you back or hung up on. What’s the point of offering to order your patients contacts if you don’t keep in contact with them?! I’m so disappointed in the service, because the eye doctor was very chill, but good luck trying to order anything ?

Jasmine was excellent! Even tho they were having technical issues, she got me in and out and even called back to make sure she got everything correct. I worked in customer contact for over 30 years and this was the best experience I've had in YEARS! I can't wait to get my glasses and I'll definitely be using them again!

very kind staff. They had a lot of patience with me while helping me choose new glasses! I went many other places before coming here and Visionworks was the only place that the associates helped me and took time to walk me through insurance and pricing!

Robert took great care of me. My left handle on my frames broke and he was able to provide me with new frames and shared that since it was less than 12 months since my last visit that the frames would be at no charge. That made me happy!! ??
I was grateful for that. He was able to pop the lens and insert them into the new frames. The only critique that I have is this, when I walked into VisionWorks there was a woman having a long and lively conversation and before Robert called me over to his desk I was just standing there waiting for direction. She didn’t greet me as I walked in and was oblivious that I was waiting behind the woman who she was having a spirited conversation with.
She did’t pay me any mind, I felt ignored and didn’t feel welcomed. She just kept on with her conversation. Robert however was amazing, pleasant and very helpful.

Great experience! The doctor was very nice and very detailed. My visit went very smoothly. They also have great prices and take many types of insurance.

I hadn't been to the eye doctor in 20+yrs and it was the first time for my 4yo daughter. The staff was so sweet and patient with both of us and the doctor was great too.

Everything was perfect the eye exam and the explanation of how my eyes were and the helpful way Paul helped me and my grandson was top notch. Five stars in my opinion

Great experience! The helpful and friendly staff and having so many frames in one location was great! I have never had someone at a place I was shopping for glasses be so helpful in trying to find frames that would suit me. So thank you Visionworks in Beachwood for the excellent customer service!
