Solid experience upgrading my phone here. Besides waiting a bit because I didn't set an appointment ahead of time, the staff was very informative and helpful.

I'm going to give them 4 stars only because I had to wait 2 days for my online order to be processed for pickup. So I had to make two trips to store for pickup.
