“They were understaffed at the front desk. The front desk person was dealing with a phone call and the other person who tried to come help didn't have a computer that worked so I had to wait for 10 minutes while the front desk person changed credit cards on two reservations where a parent was obviously paying for their children's stay and wanted to lock down what the card on file could purchase.”
“I didn't know what to expect but it FAR EXCEEDED any expectations I may have even remotely had! We had a group of eight and I booked a two hour session and it was the perfect amount of time for our group. After learning how to throw, and some of us mastered this quicker than others - it took me awhile personally, we played several games between the two teams we created. The last game was everyone did 10 throws in a row and the person with the highest score wins! I won't tell you what honor is bestowed upon the winner as it was a great, fun surprise! You MUST request Bill for your trainer, or rather master axe man, as he made our night from the minute we walked in until the time we left!! We would go again! Oh and bring snacks and beverages and make it a real party!!”
“Awesome experience! Place has a cool country club lounge vibe, simulators work great for both practice and play on over 60 courses. Robert, the owner, is the man! Definitely will be coming back and bringing friends”
“OH MY God!!! These guys were awesome. The people in charge, The entire crew y'all if I'd had the ability to pay them personally, I would have. My nieces and nephews including my daughter gave my twin sister and I our surprise 67th birthday celebration. It was held here and it was so lovely. The crew including the DJ worked hard and everything was so well thought out and the food was simply outstanding.”

“This past winter I was searching for indoor activities to do with my almost 1 year old and stumbled upon TLG. We signed up for the free intro class, and have been attending weekly ever since!
They offer a range of classes tailored to your child’s age, and each class follows a curriculum of skills. All of the teachers and staff are friendly and very pleasant, and so good with the kids! My toddler loves Teacher Evan so much that he has started giving him hugs every time we arrive.”

“I performed at our WomenSafe Casino Night Fundraiser and was also there beforehand to help set up. Staff couldn't have been more pleasant and from what I'm told by our guests dinner and dessert were the best they've ever had at one of our events. I can't wait to do it all again next year!”

“Beautiful building, but be prepared to walk. Parking is difficult to manage in this area. Highly recommend purchasing parking for the attached garage, which is typically reserved for pre-purchased passes. Otherwise, parking is available near the Botanical Gardens.”

The venue has some of the best staff, Gina & Sophie are so incredible and easy to work with, no matter what the event is or how complicated the planning might have been.There are so many options for photos on the property as well as the best rain plan for any of your outdoor plans that get ruined because of inclement weather.Gina and her team are always willing to go above and beyond for their clients and I honestly don't know that I can say anything other than wildly positive things about the entire experience of working with Hillbrook.The food is consistently good, the staff is consistently professional, the venue itself is beautiful so if you are in the market for a romantic, beautiful and elegant venue, this is your spot!”

“We have our annual FOP Lodge 124 Reverse Raffle at this location. The food is always good and the service is great.The atmosphere is a little dated though.. it is kind of funny going through old pictures and everything looks exactly the same!”
“We’ve decorated and catered several times at the venue upstairs and downstairs especially prior to the name change and the staff has always been very accommodating and friendly first with Karen and when she retired with Sandy, she is a gem as well!! The kitchen is just the right size to take care of everything you need. With the banquet rooms ample size to accommodate a large crowd. I’m sure there will be great changes coming with the new name. Looking forward to see what the future holds there for Tastefully Done by Anita”
“Aniyah is a rising star. Friendly helpful and most importantly honest. Over tipped in cash she was upfront right away and made me aware. In this day and age a rarity. She will go far. Her sister also was very helpful even helped me carry out some leftovers to my car from my daughters party. Lots of fun to be had at adrenaline monkey. I highly recommend.”

I already knew things would be good from how they handled my church's anniversary dinner, but Ms Lisa and her staff truly went above and beyond for our wedding! They handled everything: décor, food, setup, cleanup. I didn't have to lift a finger. All I had to do was meet with Ms Lisa and tell her what I wanted. It was such a load off my mind after all the other things I had to do with the ceremony. And everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. They really treat you like family. Their prices are reasonable, too. I would recommend Signature Events to everyone!”

“A great hotel connected by skyways to the Cleveland Clinic.Rooms: Rooms and bathrooms are nicely appointed, with good beds and nice sheets.Safety: It's connected to the hospital and medical office buildings by enclosed skyways, so walking alone to visit patients anytime day or night is safe.Walkability: The system of skyways provides a good way to get exercise and is even marked for distance.Food & drinks: Restaurant 45, the hotel restaurant and bar, is excellent and a dining destination in itself.
